The room was amazing, cozy and larger than expected.

Clean well equipped suites with lots of room. Only downfall was I booked a suite with a queen bed will be looking to book a king next time.

Staff was excellent. Walkability fantastic. Grocery store right across the street and another one just a few blocks away. Lovely suite. Two balconies in our suite. Very well equipped. Great appliances. Clean & modern. Would stay again. Pretty outdoor common area with bbqs, pool and hot tub. Highly recommend.

I stayed two nights for work and absolutely loved it. It was a bit hard to find in the rain, but once I was in the lobby, I was welcomed by two friendly staff members. Every time I came and went, it was like I lived there and the staff were so nice and helpful. It was great to have a kitchen to make food rather than trek out in the rain to sit at a restaurant. I will definitely be staying again.

Great stay

Very nice place with great amenities-rooftop pool, hot tub and deck with grills and lounge chairs. Nice layout with big tv's, big closets and comfy furniture. Kitchen and laundry in the unit. Super friendly staff all around - walkable to groceries, wine store and restaurants! It is not inexpensive but you get alot for your money. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is great! I stayed one week and felt at home away from home. The staff was very helpful every time I needed help. There is a supermarket just a few steps from the hotel, which was great.

Level was AMAZING! It exceeded our expectations-We’ll definitely be back. A couple things to note: •The city noise was loud at times(but of course in the city that can be expected!) •In our 1br the only TV was in the LR, so just double check w/ mgmt if you absolutely must have a TV in the bedroom •The rooftop pool area was amazing, but unfortunately the pool was out of order for all but 1 day of our stay (the rooftop hot tub was still accessible) •The gym was fully equipped & very clean •2 great corner markets in walking distance-Nestor’s & Choices •Dog park & Emery Barnes Playground located at Davie & Seymour

We just spend a girls weekend at Level Vancouver in June. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a one bedroom with sofa bed in the living rm for 3 ladies and it was awesome. The staff are excellent and responsive. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is clean and private. The pool was 85F and clean. Towels are provided for around the pool. There are 2 BBQs and they are clean and great to use. We could walk everywhere. Loads of great restaurants within a 10 min walk. There is a grocery store- Nester's, a Starbuck's and a liquor store within a 2 min walk. AC in our room was great too. The fridge is not a standard size but is also not a mini fridge, it was perfect for the 3 of us. Rm also has a freezer great for ice. The unit had a washer and dryer and iron, but we did not use any of those items. Coffee maker was a Keurig and there was a tea kettle. Beds and linens were great. Only suggestions we would make is another set of towels for the 3 of us would have been helpful and instructions on where to take the waste and recycling when the bins in the rm get full. Great place, good value. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent hotel, very clean, excellent beds, great staff very courteous

They charged us $30 for parking and gave us the bottom spot in an empty garage down four flights. They charged us $30 just to have our very well-behaved golden retriever in the room for a single night. “Proudly pet friendly” but don’t mention the extra fee when booking. The concierge clearly did not like dogs.

Property was really clean and spacious. Loved having a kitchen and dinning area. Lots dinning options within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean. The only thing is the outside area and pool have limited time. They are opened from 10 am and I wish it could be open from 6 am. We all need to have fresh air early and I swim in the morning at the start of my day and I have requested from guest service to accommodate that, they never get back to me..I was disappointed.

The building is in a great location with easy walking to anything you might want or need. The hot tub and pool were great! Unfortunately the apartment had very poor lighting, the sofa sagged in toward the middle and was very uncomfortable to sit on. The European oven should come with basic instructions as it was very different from any appliances in Canada. Another small issue was not having a night table on both sides of the bed. There is definitely room to add a small shelf to a something. Overall, it was a nice apartment but needs a few things to make your stay more enjoyable.

Room wasn't equivalent to what I saw in the pictures. We had a much smaller room, dark with horrible view.

only one elevator was working (frustrating to wait in line). only one receptionist (need at least 2 staff at check-in time of the day).

Property was nice and big. Just which pool was open longing than 10pm.

Great location! Easy in and out access. Walking distance to everything we need. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Wonderful early check in great location

The property is centrally located and walking distance to Yaletown which has is known for it's entertainment and restaurant scene. With it's private lobby it is quiet and does not have the hustle and bustle of a typical hotel environment.

Right in town, grocery restaurants, liquor store just beside. Clean and pet friendly.

The table in the room is a bit dirty. The room is dark and not as bright as the one in picture. The air con is just above you sleep and a bit noisy.

So much space! Comfortable bed. Very well- equipped kitchen. Good location
