The property was very nice. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The owner was super, super responsive and that was really appreciated. One note, the door locks automatically, so be sure to memorize the the door code, give it to everyone in your party. I had the info on my phone, ran outside to help with an accident and got locked out. The Owner responded right away to Vrbo ( used a visiting cousin's phine)

The photos are truly deceiving of the property and its surrounding area. The house was sparsely stocked, especially the kitchen. The freezer ice box was taped so it would stay in place. The bedroom fans only worked with a remote, and two were missing. We contacted the owner about this to ask if there were any box fans to accommodate for the two not working fans and they never responded. The towels were old and faded, and still damp while rolled up on each bed. The beds were well made, but the bedding wasn’t very inviting. It was clean, but faded and old, and the beds were uncomfortable. You could practically feel the springs through them. There was a brand new washer/dryer set, very nice front loads, though it was clear they weren’t used on our towels prior to our stay. The decor was nice, but the photos shared only showed the nice aspects of the property. The house wasn’t dirty, just not what we expected to walk into. The neighborhood this house is in was the most deceiving part of the listing. It was clearly in a rough neighborhood. The next door neighbors to the right were kind. However! While we were cooking dinner, there were gunshots close behind the property. After hearing this, the children in our care became even more worried and felt unsafe. We felt unease coming into the house, and this event compounded that. We left to go to a hotel, notified the owner, and never heard back from them. They kept messaging as though we were still there, maybe automated messages.

The renovated house was nicely done. It is very clean and had the things we needed for our stay. The A/C worked very well. We were a little surprised and concerned with the neighborhood when we arrived; however, we did not experience any issues. Host answered all questions and was available at all times. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great communication with owner. She answered quickly when we had a question or need. Property is due for some TLC. As stated before parking is tight n we had a full size truck. Nothing in walking distance that 3 ladies felt comfortable walking. Uber to Riverwalk was $9-15. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms. All the cooking utensils needed. Washer was broke but owner got repair man there. Location is ok.

The house was cute. Neighborhood was different. The neighbor was up all night in his driveway acting odd which made me a bit uncomfortable (not the owners fault but for a group of women alone it was in settling). The house was missing some cooking items that were listed and supplies, but everything except trash bags was dropped off to us after making the owner aware. She was responsive. The back door though it locked remained a bit ajar.
