I thought there would be breakfast available before 7 am. I had to leave and buy breakfast on the way to my course. Wouldn’t stay again for that reason

Super nice hotel, no sounds from the airport to keep you up at night. Staff was really nice, rooms are modern & bed was incredibly comfortable.

There were guests hanging out in the lobby and in the hallways being loud late at night (past midnight). Nobody from the staff was addressing this so other guests could get sleep.

One of the towels was dirty the toilet seat was dirty.

We arrived a couple of hours early & before check-in and the front desk person was really friendly and checked to see if our room was ready and we got an early check in without an additional fee.
The room was spacious, clean and was comfortably chilled. The bathroom had a huge 2-person soaking tub as well as an independent shower with rain feature.
We did not hear anyone in the halls or in adjacent rooms. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here the next time we're in Calgary.

Dirty sock on floor on arrival. Mattress was old and not comfortable. Utensils like cutting knives were terrible. Below average quality hotel.

Property is quite old with few broken items in the room such as side lamp. Pics looked modern, but actual is way alder than pics

Room was great, exactly what I expected. Front desk was under staffed for the demand at the time of check-in, got there at 1am and there was a line up. Hotel was very full based on the parking lot being full. Very close to airport and convenient.

Use to stay here quite a bit for business. Close to airport and shuttle. Last couple of years the hotel is really ran down. Bathrooms are date and gross, towels old and gross and even the cleaning is questionable. Halls and lobby are also dirty.
This is officially my last stay. Time for a update Sandman.

TV kept cutting out. The remote was all mixed up (volume controlled channels/channel controlled volume), the room could have been cleaned better, especially in the bathroom. The beds were AMAZING! We will probably never stay here again as we were overall not really happy with the room and lack of cleanliness but the beds were great!

The carpet in the hallways are filthy. The carpet in the rooms are also atrocious and filthy. The bathroom is in need of repair and cleaning.

The rugs in the hallways are in desperate need of cleaning. The room carpet is also very dirty and needs cleaning. The bathroom sink and shower could use some cleanser and repair. I won’t stay again.

Superb! This hotel is absolutely top notch.
Super family friendly. We were able to save by being able to cook in the full size kitchen with a full size fridge and all cookware etc. was provided by the hotel.
The bathroom with the double vanity and separate area with a door for the toilet made it so easy and convenient to get ready for a family of 5!
Our separate private bedroom from the kids was wonderful. Completely private with separate climate control for the living room and our bedroom. Fabulous.
One of the biggest perks was the room service! Every day coming back from a long day at Lake Louise, Banff, sightseeing Calgary, etc., we would put the door tag on the outside for refreshed amenities and we would come back to fresh towels, soaps, lotions, beds made, room cleaned - absolutely superb!
10/10!! Worth every penny!!
