We have called twice to file a complaint but there has been no response. I would really like someone to contact me as soon as possible. I have some pictures that illustrate the horrific experience we had. There were no amenities available; although they were advertised. When we tried to communicate with the manager; she sent us a message via the front desk person stating, if we wanted emenities, we should have checked-in at the other hotel down the street. She did not speak directly to speak to us as she was too busy. The room did not have a shower curtain, the beds were not made (both) - they did not have proper coverings, no comforter, only the mattress cover under sheet. Once we checked in we could not leave because we checked in on a Friday, we are Sabbath keepers, the sun was setting and the Sabbath had already begun. We were devastated as it was the worst experience we've had at an Extended-Stay.

You advertise emenities with the rooms, so there should have been some available. The room should have been cleaned with the beds made prior to our arrival, and we should have had a shower curtaIn.

low budget beds, only one set of towels. one bar of soap and no shampoo. no utensils, no paper towels, glasses or silverware.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. There was no sign so I had trouble finding it. Check in was easy and fast but as soon as we walked through the door to go in the hall to get to elevator all we could smell was weed smoke so we get on elevator and go to 2nd floor to get to our room and same thing all we could smell was weed smoke. We got to our room and there was urine in the toilet and on the toilet seat there were no hand towels at all and when it got dark I felt like I was in a big trap house. I was literally scared to go out to my car.
