Guys at front desk was nice as was the housekeeper. Well priced hotels who take care of their business is rare now days. Keep up the good work and nice staff.

Stains on the rug, no extra toilet paper roll, you hear everyone leaving their room bc the doors automatically slam shut, and I had strangers knocking on my door at 5:30 am

Our room was spacious and the location was convenient. The room could have been cleaner. It looked like most surfaces hadn't been dusted in a while. I found a pill on one of the night stands, so it probably wasn't wiped down since the last guest.

Nice and clean. Speedy check in. A few hot items on the breakfast bar. Lumpy pillows. Firmer bed than I prefer.

The hotel is located in a nice section of a northern suburb of Denver. It's clean, large, fair, comfortable, real good quality price and we had all we needed and expect from the hotel. I give 2 stars service because , need to wait 10 minutes at lobby before someone shows up and no room service. Though, as we used the facilities only for sleeping. We slept well, good parking, fair shopping and dining spot in the vicinity. Real good for quality-price, if you don't mind waiting for the clerk.

Elevator was filthy from top to bottom. Television in room was very dirty as was remote. Chair in room was stained. Refrigerator smelled dirty, and like something rotten. Very gross. Made entire room stink when the door was opened. Bed was clean, as was the bathroom.

Housekeeping was only offered every 3rd day, breakfast was mediocre and keys were required to be returned.

Honestly, the hotel is totally neglected. It has very good facilities, but they are SUPER neglected. The room was dirty, the door did not close with a lock because it was out of square (and even though we said so, they did not think it was important). In my parents' room, the water in the shower and the sink remained stagnant. The mattresses were terrible, you sank when you lay down. The truth is that the experience in general was terrible. And the icing on the cake is that the eggs for breakfast were green. Terrible.

On the good side: A very friendly and helpful front desk staff. On the bad side: The room was not really clean. All pillows smelled really bad (the filling, not the cover). I am not sure if the linnen was changed. The breakfast was less than average.

The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. When we asked for replacements we were told “they’re all bad and lumpy” by staff. I killed multiple cockroaches in our room as well.

We were pulling a trailer with a side by side. There was plenty of parking to take up two spots in the backlots.

Desk clerk was so sweet. She tried to accommodate an early check in for me. (I needed to put something in the fridge). And apologized when she could get me in the room only 2.5 hrs early. She offered their fridge for me to use. We were confused when GPS said turn at Staples, however, you can go through their parking lot and end up at Quality Inn.

Arrived into room at almost 10pm and window to room on ground floor was wide open with no screen. As a solo female I felt rather uncomfortable. Requested a new room but was told they were full. Did not sleep well because I kept feeling bugs from the window being open. Room was also dirty. Found a used/melted laundry pod on the floor. Several stains on the carpet and lamp shades. Sticky surfaces on the nightstands and tables. Just overall an unpleasant stay.

The room was clean and everything worked with no issues, since I only used it for sleeping, it was quiet and good great sleep. I was out seeing the local sites and was a place to come back and rest and not have and issues. I did not eat here because I want to try other eaters, but for a early quick breakfast, it was just OK, just some basic items.

I was assigned the handicap room. I was not informed on the website about it.
The reception clerk was way too 'friendly' with the comments he had. I did not appreciate that at all. Made me feel really uncomfortable.
Bathroom was not very clean. Towels were ok. Bed sheets need to be replaced.
Overall, a little dated.
I would choose to stay in another hotel in the future.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and safe. In a good area, lots of things near by. Shopping, fuel, other motels. I’ve been looking for a place close to where my son lives where it feels safe and it’s affordable. My only complaint is that the refrigerator didn’t work and they ran out of coffee two of the three mornings I was there!

The reviews were really misleading, for as many stars as this place had I thought it was going to be nicer. The room itself was decent. Looks like it was fairly recently remodeled. However, the pillows were extremely lumpy and I had an impossible time sleeping on them and wished I had brought my own. The common areas were very in need of remodeling and extremely hot. Elevator was super old and slow and I did not use it after the first time. There was also a strange noise coming from it at 10 PM that I had to call the front desk about. Breakfast was chicken nuggets and undercooked hashbrowns. I have no idea why people think the breakfast is good here. I ended up not eating. Staff seemed nice- no issues at here. Pool was closed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here nor will I stay here again.

Definitely an older hotel. Service at check in and check out was average, nothing special. The pillows in the rooms were very uncomfortable, feels like they were very old. There were someone else's nail cuttings on the floor next to the bed and the entire properly is just a little dingy.

Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed having a hot breakfast at the hotel. Our only duggestions would be to replace lumpy pillows and have a screen to block out the sight of an overflowing dumpster we saw from our room.

This property definitely doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel, but it was great for a last minute option and the price was worth it. We felt safe. It’s very quiet and kinda tucked away from the busy roads.

In town for a soccer tournament. Had a great check in experience, the young man made it super easy. Room was clean and didnt smell, like many other hotels. Id definitely stay again.

The clerk that checked us in was very kind. The hot tub in the pool were very nice early in the morning both days. We both slept well the first night the second night there were occupants above us that sounded like they were having a wrestling match upstairs so it made sleeping a little hard.

It’s an OK “hotel” for American standards, but would never stay longer than a night for a short sleep. Paper thin walls, the water pressure in the shower was really bad and these carpet floors are killing me. Please wake up, it’s not the 80’s anymore. Carpet floors are filthy.

I booked this hotel needing the breakfast in the morning for my athlete and was very disappointed eating chicken nuggets for breakfast :( This is unacceptable! The pull out couch was terrible could feel every spring in the mattress! Will never book again!

We have been to this property several times in the last couple of years. This time we arrived at around midnight but could not check in because computer systems were down. After a couple of hours on the phone with Expedia and Choice hotels we received no help. The clerk was able to call a friend at another hotel about 10 min away and found us a room, but more money. We took the room and returned to Quality Inn the next day for the rest of our stay. The breakfast is Ok, but we have had better. The staff are nice including the manager.

Amir, the clerk at the Quality Inn found us a room at a Best Western. The only person who did his job in all this.

Building seems to have issues. On the 3rd floor, I had a buckling hallway floor and slanted entrance to the bathroom. Breakfast was also lacking, Luke warm chicken nuggets, cold hashbrown patties, and waffles is not what adults want in the morning.
