Stains on the rug, no extra toilet paper roll, you hear everyone leaving their room bc the doors automatically slam shut, and I had strangers knocking on my door at 5:30 am

Our room was spacious and the location was convenient. The room could have been cleaner. It looked like most surfaces hadn't been dusted in a while. I found a pill on one of the night stands, so it probably wasn't wiped down since the last guest.

The hotel is located in a nice section of a northern suburb of Denver. It's clean, large, fair, comfortable, real good quality price and we had all we needed and expect from the hotel. I give 2 stars service because , need to wait 10 minutes at lobby before someone shows up and no room service. Though, as we used the facilities only for sleeping. We slept well, good parking, fair shopping and dining spot in the vicinity. Real good for quality-price, if you don't mind waiting for the clerk.

Elevator was filthy from top to bottom. Television in room was very dirty as was remote. Chair in room was stained. Refrigerator smelled dirty, and like something rotten. Very gross. Made entire room stink when the door was opened. Bed was clean, as was the bathroom.

Honestly, the hotel is totally neglected. It has very good facilities, but they are SUPER neglected. The room was dirty, the door did not close with a lock because it was out of square (and even though we said so, they did not think it was important). In my parents' room, the water in the shower and the sink remained stagnant. The mattresses were terrible, you sank when you lay down. The truth is that the experience in general was terrible. And the icing on the cake is that the eggs for breakfast were green. Terrible.

On the good side: A very friendly and helpful front desk staff. On the bad side: The room was not really clean. All pillows smelled really bad (the filling, not the cover). I am not sure if the linnen was changed. The breakfast was less than average.

The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. When we asked for replacements we were told “they’re all bad and lumpy” by staff. I killed multiple cockroaches in our room as well.

We were pulling a trailer with a side by side. There was plenty of parking to take up two spots in the backlots.

Desk clerk was so sweet. She tried to accommodate an early check in for me. (I needed to put something in the fridge). And apologized when she could get me in the room only 2.5 hrs early. She offered their fridge for me to use. We were confused when GPS said turn at Staples, however, you can go through their parking lot and end up at Quality Inn.

The condition of the property was highly unsatisfactory. There were blood stains on the sheets, comforter, and towels. Additionally, there were croutons on the floor, fingerprints and head stains on the headboard, and various other stains on the walls. The Wi-Fi was non-functional, and the mobile phone reception was poor. The toilet seat was also unclean. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, the resolution provided was inadequate. As a result, I am very disappointed with the experience and would like a refund.

There was nothing i enjoyed about my stay. Maybe the muffins. The entire hotel was nasty, carpets the elevator. I only trusted the muffins because they were packaged. My room was nasty not cleaned in awhile. Blood on the sheets. I tested it. I had zero faith that every room was just as gross. I cut my losses and slept in my car. I have pictures of all of this if interested.

Very quiet location, beautiful trails in the back of the hotel, 3-minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Very close to the highway, so driving was very convenient. Pool and hot tub were great.
Breakfast was the same every day with limited variety of options, but doable for a couple of days.

There was a really weird vibe at the motel. It seemed as though some guest retreated nice why others were not. The breakfast was very dry overcooked and very unclean. I would not stay there again. The girl upfront was OK though she was the best part of the stay Seem like they only had one made cleaning the hallways were cluttered hard to get through

Easy check in and super nice staff. Smelt clean right when you walk in. Our room was clean as well. Breakfast could use some work but other than that I had a wonderful stay.

The property was in a safe neighborhood and the staff was friendly. However, the room cleanliness was lacking. The carpet needed vacuumed; the tub needed new caulking, the bathroom door handle was broken, the lamps were missing light bulbs, and the breakfast was subpar among other things.

Arrived into room at almost 10pm and window to room on ground floor was wide open with no screen. As a solo female I felt rather uncomfortable. Requested a new room but was told they were full. Did not sleep well because I kept feeling bugs from the window being open. Room was also dirty. Found a used/melted laundry pod on the floor. Several stains on the carpet and lamp shades. Sticky surfaces on the nightstands and tables. Just overall an unpleasant stay.

The room was clean and everything worked with no issues, since I only used it for sleeping, it was quiet and good great sleep. I was out seeing the local sites and was a place to come back and rest and not have and issues. I did not eat here because I want to try other eaters, but for a early quick breakfast, it was just OK, just some basic items.

We like this hotel for the central location to our families and friends. A quick trip to all the freeways and stores.

It was only a 1 night stay. Got there late at night.
I was assigned the handicap room. I was not informed on the website about it.
The reception clerk was way too 'friendly' with the comments he had. I did not appreciate that at all. Made me feel really uncomfortable.
Bathroom was not very clean. Towels were ok. Bed sheets need to be replaced.
Overall, a little dated.
I would choose to stay in another hotel in the future.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and safe. In a good area, lots of things near by. Shopping, fuel, other motels. I’ve been looking for a place close to where my son lives where it feels safe and it’s affordable. My only complaint is that the refrigerator didn’t work and they ran out of coffee two of the three mornings I was there!
