Very spacious and (except the bath room) completely refurnished apartment on the 11th floor a side-view to the nearby sea, easy Taxi or minibus connection to the 9 km-away city center. Michael (english speaking brother of the host) was very helpful and organized for us at short notice a safe, economic and comfortable private car for a long-distance ride (to Saqqara).

Due to the weather it was a bit chilly in the appartment, but in summertime it probably has comfortable climatic conditions.

The hospitality of owner Mr Mina and being accommodated very late. This is always my first impression of any place I stay in. I can vouch for the attached pictures being identical. The rooms were spacious and scent of clean house like you never left your home. Almost all needed facilities were available. The place was safe and close to most of needed shops. It also had a nice scenery from the balcony. The owner even accommodated us in a better room than we selected. Very good stable WiFi available. Highly recommended for families.

I had an amazing stay here, so much space for one person. it was great to cook some local food and do some washing. absolutely amazing value for money. Highly recommend

A very special place with a big areas and everything in the apartment is so clean and new,definitely, the best place to look for your comfort. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were great. Also the location of the apartment is superior less than 1 minute from walking from the beach and in the central of the country it have many shops and restaurants near to it. I want to the thanks them for there friendly and polite way in welcome us, I really suggest this place if you are coming to Alexandria.

The location is perfect with a sea view. All amenities mentioned were there and the host was very helpful and flexible with the check in and check out times .
