Confusing photos on Hotels .com website rrgarding the entrance as there is no awning and comfortable seating at the front.
Quite a scruffy backstreet entrance which was a bit of a worry on arrival and a little further outside the old town than anticipated. The staff, cleanliness and breakfast made up for it.

I booked for this hotel but was moved to their Sister hotel Magris opposite due to renovation work. We had the best holiday. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Helped book us taxis and answered all of our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nice with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The food was lovely with a good selection at breakfast. Don't be put off by other reviews. Yes it is in an industrial area but it’s great for a base, 5 min walk to the train station and you can go anywhere very cheaply as trains are only a few Euro and easy to use. We got taxis to the ferry port for €15 each way (need cash for this) and visited other places by ferry via ferry hopper website. Hotel only 15 mins from Naples air port taxi around €35… so easy to get around the city. Definitely returning next year. Can’t praise the staff enough, they made our stay lovely.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay, very comfortable and clean hotel. Continental breakfast is definitely one of the best we’ve ever had.

The hotel is based in industrial estate which is a bit rough, however the rooms are nice, spacious and clean, the breakfast has a nice selection, reception staff is extremely professional and helpful and a free evening transfer to and from city centre is very handy.

The hotel offered nothing that would make you stay a second night.
Dangerous area and filthy streets surrounding.
Rooms were stuffy and air quality within made it irritatingfor the lungs.
The A/C turns itself off regularly.
Just stay away from this hotel and stay away from the city, for your own good.

We were only in town for one night and we're in the hotel behind the nicer bldg. It served the purpose but neighborhood nothing to look at. Industrial area. Pleasant

Hi, stayed there for 3 nights. Day 1, toilet was broken and when you take shower all bathroom floor covered with water. Room changed next day. On Hotel description it said that they have a restaurant and caffè but Restaurant was in a different location in another hotel and we never find the cafeteria open. Overall it was ok but not as it was described on the site.

We needed to get to the airport at 3am and the staff couldn’t get us a Taxi and had no desire to help get us to the airport. We walked just over 10 minutes and a taxi drove by that got us to the airport as the hotel wouldn’t help in any way.

We were quite happy the accommodated our nearly midnight checkin. We found the room clean and quiet. The breakfast was also quite good with lots of options.

Hotel Tiempo was good! The service was amazing and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and property was clean a well-maintained. Rooms were very clean with daily service. It was a little dated, but so was Naples overall.

Bed was hard and too low to the ground. Bed spread must have been used since the 70’s. Faded, old dingy, ripped.

the location is not so good. the hotel itself is fine. The breakfast is excellent and worth 10 euros. I think the cost of the hotel is a bit high, given the distance from the city and from metro

The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, I did not rate excellent as I believe there is always room for improvement, otherwise I would have rated so, the breakfast was a bit of the same every day which with a little imagination could have been better, overall the hotel was great and our stay very pleasant!!!!

The hotel itself is OK. But the area that it is in did not make me feel comfortable. It is in an industrial area. I walked from Napoli Centrale railway station to the hotel. The way does not make me feel easy to go through.

Hotel overall was good, looked and seemed nice and breakfast was ok. Came back to a room full of ants on our last night and there was hair all over the shower. The surrounding area is absolutely disgusting. Didnt feel safe at all but to be honest I think thats the general feel for Naples.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. However, the property is in an industrial area. We were able to walk to a train stop but hotel was far from everything.

At first I was surprised by the good reviews that Tiempo had received from hotels.com. I was not aware of the neighborhood, but given the price I guess it is to be expected. The staff were helpful & kept the room clean. The roof terrace was a nice place to end the evening looking at Naples in the distance. I think it is important to know that the subway to Naples shuts at 9:30 pm. Tiempo does provide hourly evening shuttles til 11:30, but NOT on Sunday.
