Beliggenheden uden for Edinburgh var rigtig fin og caravanen var virkelig lækker. Der var alt hvad man behøvede.

The location worked terrific to be able to hop on the Lothian bus into town. It was just a short walk up the hill and across the street to catch the bus. The caravan itself was very clean and all the necessary bedding and towels were in the unit waiting for us. There was a slight problem with check in times since the listing is wrong. Check in time is 18:00/5:00pm, not what is listed. Also there is WI-FI available but there is a charge, it isn’t free. We talked to the front desk and were told they have written documentation asking this listing company to change the listing and it hasn’t been updated.

The property was beautiful!! We loved the area surrounding the trailer, where we could take a walk. The trailer itself was immaculate, very comfortable!

They did not give us an extra towel when we asked for one. We asked for a few more packets of coffee and they declined.

Great location, lovely park size and nice caravan set up. Great pub on site and all staff ( especially Gillian) where fantastic. Mum had a nasty fall requiring Ambulance asistance and Gillian was fantastic helping on the night and also the aftercare.

Vacanza memorabile. Camping completamente immerso nel verde e nella natura. Casette mobili moderne, super pulite e complete di tutti i confort.

Super obsluga, domki w swietnym stanie. Czysto, ladnie, dobry standart. Bardzo blisko autobusem do centrum okolo 25min jazdy + jak kto lubi na gore Artura na nogach jakas godzinka. Fajne na odpoczynek w miescie. Bylismy tam w 7 nie bylo problemu z miejscem do spania itd. Jednym slowem goraco polecam !!

Unable to get Wi-Fi. Instructions in the van did not work. Receptionist unable to offer any further help. Curtains in one of bedrooms did not meet in the middle.

Everything was all ready to go as noted, all clean and couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you.

It had on the website that a breakfast van would be on site during the fringe and then when asked where it was it was explained to us that they were competing too much with them so decided to not continue this but then breakfast wasn't available until 10am so had to get everything to make our own which was OK but just had hoped to get an easier option.

Staff reception could be more accommodating. Whenever we ask questions/guidance the lady in reception seem too busy to respond to us even when nobody was there except us.

The co-operation and help of the staff when faced with guests they were not expecting!!!

Booking.com had a major hiccup, Mortonhall were not expecting us!!! The staff at Mortonhall deserve a medal, promptly dealing with the matter, they quickly had us in the accommodation we thought we had booked.

The warm welcome and assistance wen needed, The Holiday home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
