Very perfect position, the bus stop going downtown is just 50 m away. The owner was so friendly and kind, he kept our luggages over time and he was always there for us or to help us. Very quite and comfy, very neat and clean. He let us also share the kitchen with him if we needed to!

Nothing. Little noise for the traffic, but hey you are in a big city it's the same kind of everywhere!

Good price. Just next to a bus stop that brings you downtown. Host is flexible.

We didn't like the smell throughout the flat, but that might be a matter of taste. The fire alarm device was beeping occasionally and loudly on a very high and disturbing frequency. The shared bathroom was very dirty, with pee and pubes on the toilet.

The host was attentive and helpful, the room was nice, clean and big

I booked this place due to seeing only positive reviews and it being rated as superb, however it did have some issues for me that if I’d known I wouldn’t have booked and feel it’s important for others to know. It was very noisy, the street is very loud and the upstairs neighbours too. I also woke up at 12:30am to the sound of the host and his friend laughing and chatting in the kitchen which is very close to the room which I didn’t feel was appropriate. I had to come out and ask if they could please be quiet as I needed to wake up at 4am for my flight. I also don't think the bed had been changed as I arrived early whilst the owner was out and when I came back later to check in, I saw the bed looked the same as when i had seen it on my arrival (which previously looked slept in), and it had been made but still with same sheets etc. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the whole property had a strange smell. The fire alarm in my room also kept going off which the host was helpful about, but I guess it was one extra thing that didn’t make the stay feel comfortable. Overall it was okay and average, but it’s important to highlight it wasn't ‘superb’ as the ratings on booking.com states

It was homely, and I loved everything. Was allowed to check in before the official 3pm time. The host was pleasant and helpful, and guided me on how to get around in vancouver as it was my very first time. Made me settled and feel at ease. The house was warm, with a very comforting space and bed. The location is very convenient, with bus 22 going Downton passing right outside and ticket outlet right at the corner Will be back when I come back here!
