The only downside is parking. Since it’s in the middle of San Juan you have to leave your car at one of the nearby parking lots. Not bad of a walk but it kinda sucked in the rain. Also since it poured the night we were there, we lost power midway through the night. I will say the place is a must for longer periods of times, the outdoor area is so nice, very clean apartment and you get pretty much a whole setup with washer and dryer. Overall loved the place and I’d come back again!

I loved the location of the property. It is an old building, so the walls are super thin and can hear everything from the other rooms and from outside. The water from the shower was either too hot or too cold. But overall the place was nice.

I did not like the stairs, my apartment was on the last floor .

We really enjoyed our stay here last night and we’re excited to return. The location is in an old building but very well kept. The big door leading out to the balcony off the living room & master was beautiful. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the terrace but it was lovely. I loved that we were so close to shopping & food. The building that we were in has a coffee/gelato shop downstairs, so you can wake up and get a cafecito. We ended up parking in a lot that was only two blocks away. Very spacious and can sleep 6 adults/3 couples.

Loved this rental it was a lot bigger than it looks. I didn't like that the kitchen area was open to hear the upstairs visitors during the day and night not much but slightly inconvenient. I will say I think because its an older building that it may have been haunted, I experienced the lights cutting on n off for 10mins as well as noticed doors that were left open closed upon returning back. Overall it was a great place the location was amazing.

Great location, right in the middle of Old San Juan. Very walkable to everything in the area with a great selection of restaurants and shopping. We booked one of the apartments so the location put us right next to the governors house, so we were extra protected and safe lol. Our apartment was big and spacious and the washer and dryer was a huge bonus because we needed to wash. Puerto Rico doesn’t seem to believe in elevators, at least not in this area lol so be ready for FLIGHTS OF STAIRS and lots of them! Overall, it was a good stay, it could use some updating and a little more detailed cleaning on the floors, as they were a bit dirty, but overall, it did its purpose and I’d book again considering the price was good and the location is great.

Really good

The place was very nice however we had leaks in the kitchen and the hallway. In the second floor with two beds, the door on the left side of the patio hat, one of the wood panels on the door, detached and exposed with rusty nails. Location was perfect and communication was excellent. The Wi-Fi to the TV did not work and the property owners did not bother to come by to fix it.

The rental was excellent. I was there with my kids and we enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is nice, clean and spacious. The communication with the staff was easy and they responded quickly. I would recommend and stay again.

Accessing the location was very easy. I loved the unit, the location was perfect as it was walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. My only regret is that I stayed one night. We will definitely be returning!

The architecture was so beautiful. This property seem to be in renovations and my apartment had no artwork in the walls. There were plastic containers by the stairs that made it look like they were moving out, Place has a lot of potential. No hot water in the shower.

No elevator my hernia surgery killed me during my stay due to lifting luggage. Never again

We only spent one night in Old San Juan, and this stay was spectacular. Our apartment in Old San Juan Rentals left us in awe. The space was amazing and well kept. The air conditioning was great once it was turned on. The balconies were great places to enjoy the historic architecture of Old San Juan. I felt like I was living in paradise. At night, I took a nice hot shower with good water pressure. The apartment had all the comforts I needed to feel like I was at home, with a comfy bed, comfy couch, beautiful dining table, and a smart TV. We made hot coffee using the complimentary coffee grounds and maker. There was even a water filter in the refrigerator for our use. The apartment was centrally located in historic San Juan so we were able to visit many attractions after checking in and even after we checked out. I had no problems with Old San Juan Rentals. They operated smoothly and communicated everything effectively. I would definitely book with them again.

This place was terrible days sleeps 4there was a queen bed and a sofa bed that looked like for a 12 year old there were no sheets for the sofa it looked old and creepy no windows toilet didn’t work . We just left our bags and stayed with a friend this place was not to be rented not good I would like my refund

Property was good. But We have a terrible experience with customer service. When We arrived we were told to get a code number. We were waiting outside waiting for her to give Us access. We were outside with luggage and need to go bathroom for an hour. With the excuse she call back to give the number. Few calls were made at the end She didn’t answer calls I was thinking this make be a scam. I got very mad when she answered I was told to go another close address. I told her why she didn’t say this from the beginning. We went there ..Her excuse was ‘ I am new employee. From there waiting and give a wrong room apartment. Back and forth. Terrible experience with the Customer service at the place…,

Awesome location and the apartment was impressive. Lotsa space and the AC is a beast!!

The place was very nice, close to major monuments. landmarks, historic sites, shops, restaurants and the Old San Juan port and cruises. It is an colonial style building in very good condition. Comunication was good. The only thing was humid smell.
