This property scammed me $ 250.00 please give me refund

Great place!

Accessing the location was very easy. I loved the unit, the location was perfect as it was walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. My only regret is that I stayed one night. We will definitely be returning!

Property is beautiful and very clean. The Service was available always.

Great place

The area is excelente only thing I don't like it is very hard to parking for unloading and loading need to be very early morning or late night

The architecture was so beautiful. This property seem to be in renovations and my apartment had no artwork in the walls. There were plastic containers by the stairs that made it look like they were moving out, Place has a lot of potential. No hot water in the shower.

No elevator my hernia surgery killed me during my stay due to lifting luggage. Never again

We only spent one night in Old San Juan, and this stay was spectacular. Our apartment in Old San Juan Rentals left us in awe. The space was amazing and well kept. The air conditioning was great once it was turned on. The balconies were great places to enjoy the historic architecture of Old San Juan. I felt like I was living in paradise. At night, I took a nice hot shower with good water pressure. The apartment had all the comforts I needed to feel like I was at home, with a comfy bed, comfy couch, beautiful dining table, and a smart TV. We made hot coffee using the complimentary coffee grounds and maker. There was even a water filter in the refrigerator for our use. The apartment was centrally located in historic San Juan so we were able to visit many attractions after checking in and even after we checked out. I had no problems with Old San Juan Rentals. They operated smoothly and communicated everything effectively. I would definitely book with them again.

Great place

This place was terrible days sleeps 4there was a queen bed and a sofa bed that looked like for a 12 year old there were no sheets for the sofa it looked old and creepy no windows toilet didn’t work . We just left our bags and stayed with a friend this place was not to be rented not good I would like my refund

Property was good. But We have a terrible experience with customer service. When We arrived we were told to get a code number. We were waiting outside waiting for her to give Us access. We were outside with luggage and need to go bathroom for an hour. With the excuse she call back to give the number. Few calls were made at the end She didn’t answer calls I was thinking this make be a scam. I got very mad when she answered I was told to go another close address. I told her why she didn’t say this from the beginning. We went there ..Her excuse was ‘ I am new employee. From there waiting and give a wrong room apartment. Back and forth. Terrible experience with the Customer service at the place…,

Love the place

Awesome location and the apartment was impressive. Lotsa space and the AC is a beast!!

The place was very nice, close to major monuments. landmarks, historic sites, shops, restaurants and the Old San Juan port and cruises. It is an colonial style building in very good condition. Comunication was good. The only thing was humid smell.

I loved this spot! Pleasantly ample and affordable. Pretty clean too.

Loved the culture and location.

Lost one night due to power outage, location has no auxiliary power, had to go back home 1hr drive. Was offered a discount refund but yet to receive.

Apartment was nice. While I thought we would be on the umbrella street, the umbrellas were down and we had to be let in and out of the street by police. The Governor was at home so the street was blocked off. As any old building, it was quite noisy at night with all the sounds from outside and residents above walking. The apartment itself was impressive with full kitchen.

In need of loving tender care. The few appliances available in need of updates. (Old and stained)

Love the room, it’s great. Within walking distance of everything in old San Juan

We lost electricity for 16 hours. We lost all water in the apartment 3 separate times. We couldn’t shower or flush the toilet. No garbage removal. Exposed wires in main bathroom. No elevator to get to 3rd floor. Parking lot was about 4 blocks away and up a hill. Very thin walls so you can heat other guest in their rooms. The area isn’t kid or elderly friendly.

The T.V not works. Dusty in every where. Knife, spoon a d folks dirty...

The place and location was very nice and busy the local people are very friendly. The rental was very beautiful a spacious I could not asked for such a great vacation experience

I like everything.All is perfect

My daughter and I got lice from staying at this place. There was coffee from the previous guest in the coffee pot and wet floors. There was a moldy smell.
