Hotel was beautiful and staff was great. I had to ask for my bottle of champagne which was my upgrade. The room was nice but there was no hot water to take a shower. If there was hot water I would have def rated the hotel much higher

Staff was great, hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff texted daily asking if we’d like room service or had any questions or concerns. They have recommendations on things to do. It was 12 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the mall. The rooftop pool was small but we were the only ones in it most of the time. The rooftop was very chic. The rooftop restaurant was amazing. The Wellington was chef’s kiss. The area felt safe.

I loved everything! The staff was friendly and helpful above and beyond. The gym was great, and the rooftop pool and cabanas were beautiful.

My husband and I arrived late 10pm due to a flight delay and the hotel restaurant was already closed and it was difficult finding something to eat. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. Small hotel and comfortable for a short stay.

Everything was amazing from before I arrive to the end. They text me and asked what time I would arrive to have our room ready. They were always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. I love the overnight guy he is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the pool on the roof was a great plus. Hotel is very clean and in a good area. The only bad thing I can say is valet parking is sometimes nowhere to be found when you need them. The room lighting is also horrible for pictures or doing your makeup.

Wonderful stay. Spacious, clean, and met all of our family’s needs. The staff was nice. The only thing I would say is that I wish the pool was open later. Not a deal breaker though. It was quick to get in and out to our destinations. We felt safe the whole time. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great staff and great bar area.

There was no hot water 4 of the 7 days I stayed there. Cleanliness of my room was spotty and internet/TV service I would rate a zero out of 10. Nor could I get help from the staff. There was no breakfast service in the hotel for the amount of money you pay to stay there this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here in the future.

The hotel itself is beyond gorgeous, artsy, and welcoming. All of the staff were welcoming and so friendly. Been to PR more than ten times and this was the best hotel I've stayed in.

The Don rafa was a nice Romantic Boutique we enjoyed it.

We arrived and checked in no issue. They told us the bar served food and drinks till 10pm. It was a Friday night so we went to the bar to grab a bite to eat and a drink. The bar tender let us sit there for 30 minutes and then told us he was “too busy” to make us a drink. We are a party of 2 and he was waiting on a table with 8 people and a table with 7 people. So food and a drink wasn’t an option on a Friday night. We retired to our room and there was no hot water! The cleanliness was sketchy at best. This is a $80 a night hotel charging $700 a night. Absolutely would not stay here and we will not ever go back!!!! The reviews I read were questionable at best!

The pool area gets very slippery, I slipped and fell while coming out of the pool and busted my leg open to the white meat. Most of staff at the hotel knew and no one really helped or checked up on me.

The hotel scent was amazing. I was told by the hotel staff the scent was inspired by the owner’s favorite things and created specifically for the hotel. The scent was on the vents so you smelled it even before you step into the hotel. We wish the scent was available for purchase. This is an exceptional property. It is meticulously clean and kept up. The staff is 10/10. The roof top soaking pool has a fabulous view of the ocean. Grocery store and pharmacy just around the corner! Super convenient. The Hotel is just like the pictures on the website but better in person. I would recommend the hotel and would book here again.

I’ll recommend this place to anyone. The ambience of the place was special, tentative staff, great rooms. I didn’t get to try out all of their extra stuff cause I had other plans but they have it all. A pool, a bar, a gym. Felt like a resort almost. And the best part is they are worth the price. I hope I made some one make an easy decision on their stay.

The staff was so attentive and welcoming upon arrival. We were only there for one night but location was central and convenient for walking around. Would stay again to fully utilize the property amenities.

We loved every second of our time here. The staff were so helpful and responsive and the hotel itself was not only beautiful but also super clean. The property is quiet and peaceful, while still being in a perfect location close to all the best spots. Would highly recommend staying here!

Room was super small , the restaurant is closed until Wednesday so forget a weekend trip trying to eat there. The neighborhood is sketch af but the Los pinos resturant across the street is 24/7 and inexpensive so def loved that. Not worth the price paid ….

Staff is great: helpful, professional and full of positive energy. The hotel's design, in both common areas and rooms is well done. However some basic elements are dysfunctional: the lobby level rooms suffer from noise in the lobby and should be better sound insulated. Trash cans look cool but are tiny. A red ice maker looks cool but without filtered water to make ice is not practical...for that matter, why make ice at all? Having an ice machine on each floor is boringly conventional but amazingly practical. Tiny night tables are pleasing to the eye but extremely impractical to place common items. The Tiny sink would work great in a doll house but not in a hotel room. Water pressure was adequate but on the low side. Outlets near the bed are limited or none existent. No breakfast offered. All of these small impracticalities are not commensurate with all in room rates that averaged aprox 700 per night for us. In sum, we loved the staff and design but suffered from the lack of basics that are usually taken for granted.
