Room was very spacious, bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable. AC in room was great, all the amenities in the room were fantastic. Lots of food options available walking distance. Wifi was great. Very much recommended

Lovely hotel, rooms are very nice and clean. Staff were all lovely and helpful.
The location isn't good. We wanted to explore Georgetown and taxi's can be reluctant to bring you all the way over the bridge, although we did eventually get sorted every time. We booked 2 nights at the FU hotel and then 2 nights in a hotel in Georgetown thinking there would be a few things to do on the mainland as well, but we would have been better off just spending the whole stay on Georgetown island. there's nothing really to see in Butterworth. The hotel is still nice but not the right location.

Location is accessible to many restaurants and options. No breakfast provided though.
1. Toilet bowl features is overkill, trying to hard. Burnt my backside everytime I take a dump. Not user-friendly toilet bowl at all. Not suitable for our local climate.
2. Bed pillows should have more options (thicker & thinner) ones.

Small building easy access, comfortable bed & pillow we got good rest for working out station, clean room & bathroom, the shower is the best.
May be can reset the toilet for less sensitive mode so the lid will not keep open & close when no one in restroom or when we just walk outside the closed restroom.

I love everything about the hotel so far, the location is great, easy access to eateries, within walking distance. Facilities are great, they provide iron, hair dryer, Netflix with big TV screen ,King size bed that is very comfy & soft pillow. Hi-Tech toilet seat with heater and complete toiletries.
U can find Starbuck, Subway, Krispy Kreme Donut, Tealive, BaskBear, Coffee Bean, KFC, MCD, 4 Fingers, 7-11 and lots more within walking distance. If u want local food, u can also go for Food Panda or Grab for nasi kandar.
The room is not sound proof.

We were assigned a room with a toilet that is not working and they changed the room for us immediately. This was a very nice gesture.
I can hear the traffic outside. The windows are not as thick or soundproof as I expected. We are near a rest stop area so there's a bit of noise from the outside.
