The home was everything we expected and more. We had an adult getaway for the week and we were able to relax, take a drive up to the monarch casino and explored Denver. When reaching out to the host we received feedback almost immediately Highly recommend!

Toilet tissue was like sandpaper. Paper towels were so thin you could see thru them. No napkins. One washcloth for 5 people. At this price it should be better

The Property manager allowed us to check in early and was very communicative and fast in getting us answers. The property is much larger and more beautiful than the pictures. The backyard is great along with the hot tub and amenities. We had a wonderful time at Colorado Springs and our VRBO far exceeded our expectations. :) We were so happy!!! It was a great cozy home that is large enough for everyone to be able to relax after fun filled outings. Great location and the backyard is a huge bonus. The hot tub and fire table was enjoyed by all of us each night! Easy check in and out and communication was A+

Our trip was amazing. We did a lot of things away from the house and this was a great location to go to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and local restaurants. When we weren’t away, the backyard was a perfect hang out area as well as the basement. When there was an issue or question, the response time was so quick; we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Our family really enjoyed staying here for a long weekend. My husband and I visited Colorado Springs with our large family made up of young adult and teenage kids. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for all of us. I appreciated that there were multiple queen size beds and a king in the primary, and all were very comfortable. The property was immaculate and had everything you would need for an extended stay. We took advantage of the hot tub and also enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the back yard when the weather was nice. One minor criticism would be for the hosts to provide two towels for each guest so you don't have to use the same towel for the shower and hot tub. We used the washer and dryer to make sure we had enough so it wasn't that big of a deal. The house is like many in the city with a somewhat narrow layout so the rooms are located on three separate floors. We appreciated the privacy the layout provided for our group but it would be problematic for someone that isn't able to climb stairs. The central location was perfect for us and we saw several young families out walking in the afternoon. Lots of restaurants nearby and any shopping you need within a 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
