The top floor rooms are pretty new and the bathrooms were clean..

The rooms were new but the floor dust was not clean. The mattress and bed spreads were not that clean. The bedsheets were torn. Plastic covers were not removed from the mattress. Room & bathroom cleanliness were fine apart from floor dust. The price was way too high for a hotel like this (visited during the long weekend). Location is not good, 10 km from Puducherry centre. Breakfast provided was average. Service is not good. Demanded extra money than what was shown in the booking.com app. In the app it clearly showed the total amount, but upon reaching there they demanded extra money. Also rooms are not that spacious as mentioned. It was not mentioned 2800 sq.ft villa they mentioned, but think it must be of the entire property. Misleading information at description. Rooms are good for 2 people but they have put 2 queen beds in it. Don't go by looking at hotel description and photos. Overall not good for families/couples. The price is high considering the location.

1bedroom flat, Queen bed, 2 chairs. Close to shops, restaurants. Nice bathroom with a mirror. Hot water available. No wash basin but there is a sink on kitchen top. Breakfast was good but no tea or coffee.

Mud road access to property. Night light not working, TV not working, mattresses given instead of futon bed. No towels, soaps. Power went off at 615 AM , came back at 6.35. 1 mosquito buzzing as there was no fan for 20 min.

Lot of dust on the fan and ceiling.. Even though we took Ac room and did not use the fan, it was not comfortable bcz of the dust... I was shocked to see an 8plus rating for this place...

Nothing bad

We had fun time at Royal Grandee Hotel. I will certainly recommend this place if someone wants to relax and rest. The property is well maintained. Everything was there as promised. It is a good place to stay or have a party. The place is easily accessible. They made sure that our stay was very plesant. Food options are awesome.
