Sehr schön, dass die Zimmer so weit oben liegen

Die Klimaanlage hat etwas verrückt gespielt auf dem 13. Stock. Das Frühstück musste wir daher mit unseren Wintermänteln geniessen. War aber keine grosse Sache und wohl eine Ausnahmesituation.

was fehlt ist ein Kühlschrank, da es keine möglichkeit gibt am Abend kalte Getränke zu kaufen. im Badezimmer war ein Mann für die Ausstattung zuständig:-) Ein Vorhang, der den Spiegel bedeckt. (Vorschlag: entweder eine Store oder den Vorhang in der mitte teilen, so dass der Spiegel immer frei ist)

Baustelle im Hotel, war bis 18:00 etwas laut, dunkles Badezimmer

We really liked the design, it seems like it is fresh-made. Interesting bathroom and was nice to stay so high (12th floor). Breakfast is also on the high floor (13th). Personal is very nice and helpful, helped me with getting in the room after check-out, cause I forgot a charger there. Easy check-in and check-out.

The only thing I can advise is to come on the breakfast earlier. Even though we came 50 mins before the end, the whole last hour cheese and meat plates were not refilled and stayed empty(( Maybe it was just one time thing, I don't know.

New hotel with big, modern and spotless rooms with a great view. Shower is great and air conditioning was a big plus on a hot summer days. Breakfast was ok. Free parking.

A small fridge or minibar was missing.

The breakfast was good with lot of options. Agnes was an excellent breakfast host, she really made sure I had all the food I need and was very friendly and kind to everyone! The view was spectacular on my side of the building!

There needs to be a small refrigerator for storing food. Also a system for heating food is needed.

Booked for 3 people but only two beds had been prépared. No blanket, towels for 3rd person They promised some gesture to compensate but nothing happened. Since its a smart hotel no physical staff present to deal with issues

It was a newly built hotel, which was relatively cheaper yet super clean with all the necessary services. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was large enough to accommodate al 4 of us (2 parents + 2 kids). The view was verry nice, since the room has large windows on 3 sides of the building. The morning breakfast was great and the lady that was preparing the cofee/food was nice and polite, she helped us with the small kids in preparing the food for them as they liked it. There are some restaurants verry close nearby, if you want to eat something afther check in, no restaurant was available within hotel when we stayed there. Overal we had a verry nice stay and we didn't had big expectations but it was more than nice.

The elevators are a little old and maybe the staircase needs some paint job to change the smell of old building. No bar or restaurant opened yet within the hotel.

Super! The girl in the breakfast room was super nice and She helped me with anything I needed.
