Air Conditioner never cooled below 24C. This was our biggest disappointment for paying almost $550EU for 2 nights. Price for a baby crib is high at almost 16EU per night. With a 4 guest booking, the baby crib should come with the room. Fire escape cat walk would allow someone to enter your room with window open. Great to have for a fire but couldn't leave the big window open all night to help cool. B It's not a good area. Very dirty and street beggars everywhere. Pull out sofa cushions very dirty

Location

The room was far too hot and the AC did not work. Several days after our stay we were covered in bed bug bites. We had not stayed anywhere else and the hotel refused to offer us any refund whatsoever! Shocking customer service.

The location is very good for transportation and needing anything you might need during travel. Plenty of stores around as well as places to eat. Very close to Oktoberfest. The hotel has a good bar, great staff, and I really enjoyed having the outdoor sitting are where you could enjoy a nice cigar or smoke and drink and relax with friends.

The room had a few hairs in the shower area so it could have been a little cleaner. Everything really was very good at the hotel, so I do not have many complaints at all.

We needed to use the stairs to access the room. Althought there is elevator in hotel, there was none that we could use to access our room, only reachable by stairs. Dusch in bathtub could be better.

Clean modern hotel, very well appointed and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and hotel lobby all very well presented and good value for money. Karlplatz is a 5 minute walk away and Marienplatz (centre of the old town) is 15 minutes. Ideally located.

Turning left out of the hotel takes you on a route through to Karlplatz and to the railway station entrances and is perfectly OK and safe. Unfortunately turning right out of the hotel leads you immediately into a rather run down area of the city which is part of a non-German area of Munich, containing rather low grade businesses and we witnessed some rather unpleasant behaviour (spitting in the street, drunks shouting and ranting to name but two, groups congregating etc).
