Key collection was not onsite. You could not access the car park until the keys were collected and there was a festival on on the same day so there was no where to park to collect the keys. Also most hotels check in time is 2pm, if you are going to make it 3pm check in, at least extend the checkout time till 11am rather than 10am

Great room space in the apartment. Views. Easy access to public transport, Cavill Av and the amazing beach.

Dirty towels left in the washing machine. The use of only one shower due to a broken shower head.

Amazing residence. Facilities amazing. All equipment you would want in an apartment and great quality. Massive TV screens with a great selection of channels. Very clean. Pool, sauna and steam rooms great. The cafe at the bottom does great cheap breakfasts!

Would be great if the lock box for keys was actually on site instead of two blocks away. Unfortunately the main bedroom mattress was dreadful , it was the only thing that let the property down. Sorry!

The location was great, living areas and view was great.

The bathrooms were dated and toilets did not flush well. Iron left green dye stains on my partners new business shirt. The king bed was two singles pushed together with a mattress protector that had straps broken so ended up sleeping on bare mattress of a night and beds rolled apart each night. Expected better for price paid! No further follow up from management.

Everything was easy,as a family of 6 I can't rate everything, highly enough.made it the perfect much needed get away.

That it's to expensive to move there permanently 😕
