Very good location, 5 minutes walk from Sultanhamet Square. Without a doubt, this is a beautiful hotel with a pleasant staff, really informed, friendly, helpful and very polite and respectful, whenever we needed something they were there, both the owner and the boys and two girls who work there. Daily they entered the room to clean everything. Breakfast with plenty of variety and very good. The rooms are excellent, they are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and we had a room with views of the sea and the main street. We would return a thousand times, I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy your stay in Istanbul!

Second stay here, still feels like home, nice team, amazing view from the terrace on the bosphorus, that you can enjoy for your breakfast even during winter.

This is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel with nice staff they were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and perfect view and the room service is excellent and clean including the bathroom! I strongly recommend it to you if you would like to enjoy your stay in Istanbul!

The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I have mobility issues but there was always somebody available to assist me up the stairs and out of the building.

Not a dislike, an observation. The hotel was technically closed for a full refurbishment. We were the only guests in the hotel. I am wondering why our booking was accepted, as having one room of guests must have been highly inconvenient? Keeping all guest services open n staffed for just three guests. We are very please that they did. Just do not understand why? Dislike. Despite staff and builders being in the building daily, and we reporting it to Reception daily, we still could not find anybody to fix an annoying leak under our bathroom sink which left the floor tiles permanently wet & slippery, and quite dangerous for myself on crutches.

Everything was perfect. Everyone was so friendly. Even though the check-in was at 12:00, they gave us a room at 8 am, they welcomed us with a smile and offered their help with everything. The room was comfortable, and the place was amazing. The breakfast was so delicious, we enjoyed it so much. Before arriving, I was scared because of some reviews here, but honestly, I don't know what these people want more. I hope the next time they will welcome us again. Thank you for everything.

The manager was rude. When I compared the facilities shown by the booking.com app with the facilities available, he got angry and asked us to leave if we don't like offering full refund. As we're very tired, we had stayed there. Only one towel for both of us for whole two days. I can attach the photos to show you the room, very poor.

I paid for luxury comfortable and sea view room instead I get road side room and in bathroom toilet seat broken and taps was broken not a good experience

location was excellent with very short waking distance to many attractions like Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia Topkapi palace museum etc, roof top continental breakfast with a sea view was a buffet eat as much as you like and was good enough with variety , good Wi-Fi , Reception and service Staff was very helpful in providing information and solving issues instantly , cooking staff was very humble and kind, a/c worked perfectly fine, room was spacious enough, hot water was available all the time in taps, there was fully functional lift, loved the stay.

Location.. uphill walk to blue mosque a bit hard for kids and elders. Poor wifi Hotel was generally not upto a good clean standard.. bedroom sheets not changed, towels looked worn out and used. Breakfast was very limited Rooms are not sound proof either so you if you are a light sleeper you wont get much sleep!

To be honest nothing appealed to me I booked for 15 days..after 4 days I left..I was told because I paid by card I couldn't get a refund

The room was very small..the constant smell from the bathroom of sewerage was sickening, the breakfast was less than basic..no cakes and pastries. Just the same 1 bread everyday. The room wasn't cleaned daily..ie floor clean.. changed towels..bedsheets..on the 3rd day these were changed. Electric wasn't working properly..my both power banks would not charge..but when I went to another location in turkey there was no problem. Only 1 bulb was working in the light. There was only 1 plug by bed and 1 in the middle of the wall where the tv was. So could only use 1 thing at a time..for just over £600 i was more than disappointed ☹️

If you are used to use 5 stars, is not for you, but if you want a nice, cozy, familiar, friendly hotel it is great and close to the center. Staff very kind, terrace roof with seaview fantastic.

Perfect location , close to shops , and bonus they have a restaurant on the top which is amazing at night . Food is good

In the middle of everything

The facilitie was very old....cleaning every 3 days......noise in the morning......there no water to drink in the room until you ask

We had great stay at the hotel, location was absolutely great, we were minutes away from everything. Night supervisor Ahmed was very helpful and kind always had a smile on his face. Friendly hotel and safe to stay.

We didn't enjoy the breakfast, it could have been a lot more better. Showers need improving .
