Friendly staff, close proximity to the airport, they arranged for a driver.
Smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby.

The Hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport.
There was no room service, such as water, tea, cofee, kettle, slippers.
The price is little bit higher than expected.

Friendly supportive staff Clean facilities
Unfortunately because of Taxi rules (Caserio out side taxi area) even though beside airport cost of Taxi from airport 35 euros

No English just Italian spoken
Breakfast included but due to early flight no package to go
Reception charged us 60 euro for taxi but we ended up paying another 30 euro to the taxi driver because he was not informed … stay away from these kind of practices

Everything was fine there.
Casoria is another town, belongs not to Napoli, however not far away from the city. We had to use the bus 182 to Piazza Dante (metro station), it took about 50 minutes.

Cousy, friendly staff, clean
Hard to reach with public transport. Breakfast was a little too small

Smelt like smoke cost 30 Euros each way by cab as you have 10min drive around the airport would be better spend a but more to be closer to the airport and get a nicer room for a stop over

Broken furniture in the room, no toilet paper

Top location. Not very helpful over booking or email. They advertised airport shuttle and didn't appear after that. No toiletries.

Didn’t have breakfast. Close enough location to the airport for early flight. Hotel helped us book a ride to airport, which was helpful. There isn’t very much in the area, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store. The room was nice and clean and the bed was decent for comfort.

Hotel and room is clean and well maintained. Air-condition, air circulation was perfect.
Reception Staffs were unprofessional and rude, even for basic queries. It's not really a Breakfast as mentioned, it's simply a croissant and coffee. Hotel is not suitable for public transport users.

All services mentioned in description were provided in high level. Kind and welcoming people. I appreciate spent time in this place and absolutely will recommend the stay for my friends.

Staff was friendly and we had our own balcony.
The super intense smell of the cleaning product that they used to clean the room. The citronella smell was so overwhelming that it gave us both headaches.

Noisy, quadruple room was tiny, couldn't even walk between beds. Breakfast room was not cleaned up, ALL tables were full with piles of dirty plates and cups. We got coffee in paper cups as the others were unwashed. Employees were just chatting at reception. Very environmentally unfriendly, cheapest plastic cups for drinking water at breakfast.

The room was a standard size on a quiet road. The room itself was clean and it mostly had what you needed in terms of facilities (fridge and hair dryer).
Some of the staff were helpful albeit not in a very good mood.
1) We were provided with half empty shampoo bottled in the shower which raises the suspicion of whether the rooms were even cleaned in the first place
2) The duvets provided were quite strange - there was one white sheet as well as a very course and uncomfortable duvet that you could put on top of the sheet but neither were comfortable
3) The staff in the morning were extremely rude. The breakfast was included and it included pastries and cereal (no milk). There was a barista coffee machine at a bar counter which was unattended. We assumed that someone would have to operate this machine so my husband simply asked the people at reception (3 ladies), to which one of them basically implied he should make it himself. He naturally does not know how to operate a barista coffee machine. In response to this, one of the ladies got up in a mood and started making the coffee but at the same time throwing the equipment around in a huff- assuming she did not want to make a coffee? The whole experience was very strange.
I then handed in our key, and the ladies at reception looked at me as if I was handing them a dead rat. I am not sure if this was about the language barrier, but I have never encountered such a strangely rude behaviour for no particular reason.
4) The other thing I would say is that most people (like us) may book this place as it is close to the airport. It may be by distance but the public transport is 15 minutes walk away from the hotel and another 10 minutes on the other side to the airport. The taxi to the airport costs 20 pounds (despite being only 5k away). There were a few restaurants around but the area is rather industrial. If you wish to stay close to the airport I recommend hotel Fiorentina (which I walked into by accident thinking that was the hotel we had booked) and the man who owned the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful even though I was not his customer. It also means that you get to see the actual city instead of being on the outskirts.

This hotel satisfied our need for a good value airport hotel. It had a shuttle service to and from the airport (20 Euros), the rooms were basic but had all the essentials, and a nice balcony.

Hmm. The balcony in my room was nice.
I got there early and (although it was clearly slow) I was told I’d have to wait almost two hours to check in. I was exhausted, so I plopped down in the lobby. A couple that spoke Italian was allowed to check in very early - 1:15, when I’d been told I’d have to wait until 2:00! once they deigned to let me up to a room they found no “mini bar,” as promised, the “premium cable TV” (also promised) turned out to be 100’s of channels of Italian schlock (no BBC, no Al Jezeera in English). Also, the shower was so tiny I could barely turn around. I thought a fat man or a pregnant woman would barely fit. thanks

10 minutes to airport by car and parking, view to Visuvio from the balcony 😀.
Hotel’s design and furniture are old , smell of cigarets….

When I travel alone I always book the most affordable hotel and always rate it 10th as I don't need too much. I'm doing it this time also, but guys, no soap in the room during the pandemic? Seriously? 😧😧😧
