Doskonała lokalizacja: - bezpośredni dojazd z/do lotniska Luton jednym autobusem - przystanek 5 minut od apartamentu - 7 minut do stacji metra Golders Green, skąd jest... - bezpośredni dojazd do "centrum" Londynu JEDNĄ linią metra w zaledwie 20-25 minut - mnóstwo sklepów, piekarni, kawiarni, restauracji, punktów usługowych w najbliższej okolicy - wszystko jest na miejscu - czułam się bezpiecznie w tej okolicy - wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty na wyposażeniu mieszkania: suszarka, żelazko, mikrofala, płyta indukcyjna, czajnik, kubki, talerze itp. - wygodny prysznic (woda z odpowiednim ciśnieniem) - sporo szafek gdzie można wypakować ubrania lub schować walizkę czy plecak - w pokoju były 2 łóżka, jedno z miękkim materacem, a drugie ze średnio twardym, więc jest wybór

- brak możliwości wyłączenia grzania: mimo otwartych całą dobę okien, w pokoju nadal było zbyt ciepło, a grzejnik w łazience był ciągle gorący - po przyjedzie zastaliśmy w pokoju nieprzyjemny zapach - pokój był sprzątany bardzo pobieżnie: podłoga brudna (nie tragicznie, ale nie była zmywana, co było widać po skarpetkach), brud pod łóżkami, okruchy na krzesłach, kurz na powierzchniach płaskich typu półki, stoliki nocne, parapet, stół, pod lustrem w łazience - brak wieszaka na okrycia wierzchnie i miejsca na buty - głośna wentylacja w łazience, która chodzi cały czas (na szczęście drzwi do łazienki są dobrze wygłuszone i przy zamkniętych nie słychać wiatraka) - brak windy, bardzo strome schody i bardzo wąskie

Habitació amb bona mida, llits còmodes, al wc tot el necessari (paper, tovalloles, sabó de mans, gel i xampú) i la petita cuina amb els estris necessaris (i també oli, sal, sucre i cafè). Allotjament proper (cinc minuts caminant) al metro parada Golders Green. Zona amb moltes opcions: botigues, restaurants…

Vam necessitar deixar les maletes tres hores abans d’entrar i ens van cobrar 10£.

There was loud music and partying happen until 5am in the morning, it kept me, my wife and my two children awake all night and ruined our weekend. It felt like we were staying on a university campus.

Good appartement, outside central London area (approximately 30-45 min by Metro from Victoria Station) Lots of shops, restaurants, public transport around the corner. Best to use Golders Green station as destination (there is another quite similar address in London…)

The apartment is impeccably clean, especially the toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped, and communication with the host or person in charge of the property via WhatsApp is very convenient.

The apartment uses a relatively small hot water tank. Consequently, we had to limit showering time and hot water usage to ensure it wouldn't run out.

Yes wonderful stay affordable very nice and clean. Has everything to accomadate people like towels, and cookware. Really loved it especially for London

Really spacious room, nice bathroom, Netflix available and lots of kitchen appliances too! Lucas was super friendly and pleasant. Communication was easy and everything was hassle-free. I would highly recommend staying here. Price is worth it!

Cosy, stylish apartment, newly refurbished. The place had everything you need. Lucas made sure I was welcomed to the place. Safe area. They also had a strict quiet hour policy which I liked because I like to sleep.

The walls were a bit thin so you could hear steps in the hallway. But their quiet hour policy took care of it.

Loved the location with lots of shops and it was close by the tube station. Very clean and nice. Hygienic bathroom. Communication was great. Overall a nice space and a great experience :)

Toilet seat moved. One of the beds was not in great condition. No other comments, everything else was great!!!

Very nice manager who provided baby cot for our son and room cleaning on a request and answered anything we wanted to know in a very short time. Room is spacious, clean, confortable. There is a bus station to the Luton and Stansted airport and a metro station few minutes away. The photos from Booking are very accurate and there is everything you would need in the room. There was also coffe, sugar and tea provided in the kitchen.

The doors to the hallway are very thing and you can hear every neighbour comming home or going. The lighting in the room is very bright and it would be nice to have some ambient lighting from the corner.

I think its a great location. And Lucas was accommodating.

Mooi en schoon appartement met goed bed. Goede locatie, vlakbij de metro richting het centrum.

Alles beviel prima maar als ik iets mag noemen dan zou ik graag een keukendoek en theedoek gehad hebben.

Lucas was helpful on the day, the room was clean and had all we needed for our stay.

The facility was amazing exceeded my expectations. The location is wonderful . But the best thing about the accomadation is the host, Lucas, who goes well and beyond the requiries a host should do. Lucas made us feel at home helped us with all our problems ( and we had plenty). He was always available and did it all with a smile.Highly recommended.

It’s relatively new. The staff is very helpful and quick to answer WhatsApp.

Cooking is challenging when there are lack of tools and counter space. The ironing board can’t stand well.

Left a bad taste staying there, management not accountable, then when you complain they are rude, its a faceless place with no soul, not a good experience at all.

There is no one in the building ever! All comms is by WhatsApp and after 8.00pm they dont answer texts, Check in was a pain, many other guests waiting for someone who was never going to turn up, we all waited but then got text messages, some of these texts we were told to show other guests where their rooms were. they said its serviced but no cleaning, rooms are noisy due to the position of the building, a lot of street noise, no Air Con, The room was very dirty, pots and pans very dirty, hairs on the floor, dust, noisy bed, they moved me to another room, still dirty, but you cant complain to anyone because they just wont answer phone or texts, I had to go to a cupboard to get a new key, microwave oven is just an oven, hot water didn't work despite the boiler being on, cheap sheets and towels, there is a TV, but no aerial to plug into, they left a cable but there was no outlet installed, these guys dont know this building, they seemed overwhelmed by the whole thing, better to pay less and stay in a local hotel that has staff who are accountable, with daily cleaning its a much better experience and cheaper! I'm sure their response will be to rubbish what I am saying, with no real ownership of the issues they created, it will be worth watching their response if any, it will show who your hosts are.
