Liftnya kurang OK seperti lift barang mgkn sedang perbaikan. Kurang teh kopi gula dan tisu ruangan

- czystość - wygodne łóżka - dobrze działający internet - bardzo fajny basen z miejscami do leżenia pod zadaszeniem (przydatne w czasie deszczu) - dobry kontakt z właścicielem (łatwy check-in)

- lokalizacja dość daleko do sklepów, trzeba bylo dojeżdżać taxi / grab - do ceny doliczane jest sprzątanie + podatek co czyni ją sporo wyższą niż wyjściowa znaleziona na booking

Location : strategic location which near CIQ within walking distance.

Kitchen : would love if the host could provide water dispenser and a microwave.

The room is good and clean. It is a basic condo. Not far from CIQ, walkable distance.

The water heater in the room does not heat up the water enough Due to the RTS construction, just have to walk longer route to reach the building from CIQ

Love the parking only at level 1. Staf is helpfull and fast respond . Pool was great, no one there, everynight i have the pool all by myself.stay there for night so happy and satisfied. But i stay 1 night at cube8teen also under nest home. It was disaster and disappointing. Prefer this one

Water pressure a bit low. Took longer time to shower. Blanket is too thick even with 16degree aircond, its hot. But no blanket so cold

The location is indeed only 5 minutes walk to Ciq. That's what we need because we need to cross to SG daily. The room is clean, and everything we need is there.

The wifi. I don't know but maybe it's only allowed for 2 devices or what. But when me and my sister used it, the Netflix then stopped. So we never watch the tv.

Grand et bel appartement

Ce logement est dans un nouveau quartier. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de restaurant à proximité. Les gens de cette tour commandent leurs repas via internet Grab etc...

Clean and facilities were maintained in good. Very fast wifi is also nice

If provided bottles of water, much easier to eat at home since there are not many shop in near by walk

Absolutely everything!!! The view, the additional facilities like the gorgeous pool, gym with the best view, sauna, baby pool etc. also the room and the style of the room with Netflix included

The room is spacious and clean. The bed was big enough to accommodate 3 people including our 4 year old son.

Stanza minuscola, non come da foto. Non funzionava il Wi-Fi non era collegata la lavatrice, mi hanno mandato i tecnici per il Wi-Fi ed io non sono potuto uscire per un gg., (preciso che ero in ferie qualche gg) poi in serata mi accorgo che la lavatrice non era collegata, alle 11:00 di sera mi mandano il tecnico. ? Ma aspettavate me per sistemare? Alle 9 del mattina iniziano lavori nello stabile che non ti fanno dormire, non c’è un servizio di pulizia della stanza, tanto meno ti cambiano gli asciugamani. Oltre questo, io dovevo visitare Singapore, ma è stato quasi impossibile, il primo giorno 6 ore per l’immigrazione tra Singapore e Malesia. Si la struttura è in malesia “johor Bahru” non si trova a Singapore ma in Malesia e dovete fare l’immigrazione ogni volta per entrare ed uscire, oltre a tutte le domande che vi fanno, perché bla bla bla. Inoltre improvvisamente durante la giornata iniziano a suonare clacson di tir e bus per diverso tempo. Esperienza da dimenticare.

Only 1 mirror in the entire apartment, no wardrobe for storage and did not provide any basic beverage (coffee and tea sachets).

1. The unit is clean and comfortable. 2. The swimming pool with good view. 3. Fast respond through WhatsApp and resolve the toilet bowl no water issue and water pressure.

1. With washing machine but without cloth-reck how to hand up clothes. 2. the room without a mirror for ladies to make up. 3. Check-out time too early should follow the hotel checkout time of 12.00 pm. 4. Gym is under maintenance. please specify in advance. 5. No proper walkway between the property and CIQ.

Very near to the immigration. It was safe and peaceful.

The aircon is too small to keep the whole unit cold. The fan should have blades that are longer to sustain the cold in the unit.

The property is clean as advertised. The location is about 8mins walk to JB's CIQ, more or less as advertised, albeit no proper walkway between the property and CIQ. Served my purposed as a short stay near the border between Johor Bahru and Singapore.

Very clean and cozy! Amazing facilities provided, for toilets the water pressure were good and heater was working well

The cleanliness as well they provide water dispenser. Great for families w kids especially. The apartment was extremely clean. Which is a plus point! And it is near the checkpoint as well. Receptionist was reliable as well. Definitely had a great time during our stay. We will definitely book this again in near future!
