Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Hotelinhaber hat sich persönlich Zeit für mich genommen. Mein Executive Zimmer war schon eher ein kleines Apartment mit Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer.

Die Uber und Taxifahrer hatten manchmal Probleme das Hotel zu finden.

The stay was very comfortable, the property is very clean with good staff behaviour. Our kids loved the rooms, the room sizes are very big and it was very comfortable for our family We also took VIP darshan at Kashi Vishwanath temple with boat tour which was also good.

Nothing as such, to some it may feel a little far from Ghats but it's only 3 km from Ghats and you get great service and peaceful location.

Non è stato affatto gradevole il fatto che il giorno prima chiedendo se potevo fare il check-in anticipato di sole due ore, volevano un extra di 400 rupie. Arrivati in hotel abbiamo chiesto se il giorno seguente potevamo depositare i bagagli per qualche ora prima della partenza, e il titolare ha chiesto con molta disinvoltura 25 rupie a ora per ogni bagaglio. Inoltre in piena notte, un collaboratore viene a bussare alla porta chiedendo di fare una foto da inserire nei loro registri “cosa alquanto assurda”. La mattina seguente riguardo la colazione, dove la stessa era inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno, premesso che mentre stavamo consumando la colazione due ragazzi dell’hotel hanno iniziato a fare lavori di muratura a pochi metri di distanza dal tavolo sollevando parecchia polvere e facendo rumori assordanti, comunque il ragazzo ci informa che potevamo prendere quello evidenziato nel menù causa indisponibilità di parecchi prodotti. Una volta arrivati al pagamento del soggiorno, ci chiede di pagare un extra per delle bevande ordinate dalla sezione da loro indicata, ma furbamente non ci hanno detto in anticipo che sarebbero state a pagamento. Ciò non ha reso il soggiorno positivo come da aspettativa iniziale.

Decent location, away from all the city chaos but close to all the famous attractions. The room was very good and cleanliness was perfect. Staff were polite, always available and helped with all the requirements.

Very nice stay in this hotel. The owner is a kind person who is very service oriented and checked in with us about our needs multiple times. The hotel is recently renovated so it’s in a very nice shape. The hotel room was a family suite with 2 bedrooms that works ideal for 2 couples or a couple traveling with a friend. The fact you have your own living room really adds up to the experience.

The location is just 2 streets of the main road, which offers a lot or peace and quiet - which is great! but for a quick in and out of town it’s a bit of a hassle.

Golden Lotus Suites & Dorm was an ok experience during my stay at Varanasi. The thing I liked most was the cleanliness & hygiene standards maintained in the hotel.

The location of this hotel and getting there is such a nightmare. Huge mounds of garbage dumped on the way to the place. Finding the place is quite difficult as it is located nearly 1km from the main road. No in-house cafeteria or restaurant in the property.

It was very clean and spacious property. The corridors are very beautiful which will give you a feel of big hotels. Good hospitality.All the staff members are very nice and helpful.Abhishek(owner) is very helpful, they make guest very comfortable and help in what ever way they can, he has helped me in guiding all the routes, given information about the boats for dev diwali and even given a long lift to our destination even after our checkout. The hotel location is in midway between kashinath temple and sarnaath.

Very nice property. I like the owner and staff behaviour they helped us in getting our travel plan made and also arranged for cruise ride on Ganga. Very responsive management. Rooms are beautiful, we were also provided with a kitchen setup . Good for family

Had a very comfortable experience @ Golden Lotus Stays. Specially because of Mr. Abhinav! He was always available for assistance whenever asked for. Clean and spacious rooms with much extended services. If you are looking for quite and comfy stay, little bit away from the Chaos of the city, this place is highly recommended for family & friends travellers.

Located in a resedential area, is one of the best thing I liked as I could save my ears and mind from the city traffic and noise. For first timers in Varanasi, city may look overwhelming with lots of traffic and cows ;) The place provided with a excellent escape from the chaos and yet its very centrally Located. I arrived by Vande Bharat train and it took me 10 minutes to arrive by a tuk-tuk, for 80 rupees fare. The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly, he himself is well traveled across the globe and knows the hospitality. He assisted with getting the Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath as it was crowded due to Savan month and got me great deal on boat tour. The property is well maintained, beautiful and hygienic. Don't come here with the expectation of Hotel, as they provide serviced appartments with kitchen and housekeeping. It's good for guests who want to explore Varanasi at their own pace on a budget.

The room was clean and bright. It has kitchen facilities with induction & kettle which made me feel like home. They also give self drive car & Activa on rent which made travelling within city easy. Overall I would definitely recommend Golden Lotus for stay.
