The Look Out was a brilliant venue for our family. So much room, very clean and well prepared for guests. Location is perfect for families, several day trips only a short drive away and the food available in Sea Palling was plenty to keep us going for our stay. The shop is very well stocked and only a minute or so up the road. We met some of the staff from the caravan site and found them to be very friendly and helpful, allowing us access to the play equipment they had. Fantastic stay and we can’t wait to come back!!

We felt it could perhaps benefit from some solar lights added to the balcony. We also thought a couple more cleaning products available to guests, instructions about rubbish etc. but it did not detract from our stay at all.

Flat was well appointed and everything worked well

The property was in a very good location. Very short walk to the beach, shop, Fish and Chip Shop and Pub. The property was also quite spacious with a large lounge diner,kitchen and Three double beds. The bathroom was also large. The parking was good right outside the property. The property was also ideally located for the North Norfolk coast and the Broads.Despite issues below we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The first issue encountered was the Wi Fi. This was very intermittent and poor. With Three Teenagers this nearly caused an uproar. However in hindsight it turned out to be an advantage, as they couldn’t look at phones in the evening so went out to the beach etc. If you definitely need Wi Fi this would be a problem. There was no key to garden which wasn’t a particularly issue for us. The property could possibly benefit from an additional toilet as having only one can be inconvenient. A guide to the property was also absent

Great property and location. Very clean, new carpets, Large kitchen, roomy lounge, and great patio deck. Cleaner had done a great job prior to our arrival. Visiting pizza truck was neat. Good range of food 200 yards away, Rock Bistro did awesome shellfish platter.

Drove past holiday park as signage was covered by swingboard. When there couldn't find property as no sign. I understand a sign is being made currently, but it would have been easy to selotape a piece of paper to inside of window. Park office also shut. Got rescued by cleaner. Wifi was poor to non-existant, so difficult to book trips, circus etc...... Not sure if wifi was shared by whole park of 120 caravans. Needs to be better.
