Very clean and trendy hotel

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The hotel has a convenience store attached. I was there for a 12 hour layover. I was surprised at the AUD75 security deposit / hold on card for up to 14 working days required for one nights stay as this was not indicated by Expedia and should have been - so not really the hotel’s fault. I booked a transfer but after looking for my driver for 30 minutes at one of the busiest and most chaotic airport arrival areas I gave up and caught a taxi. I saw other drivers from hotels waiting with signs. I think for the equivalent of 50AUD for a 15 minute transfer this would be the minimum requirement. Do yourself a favour and take a cab or download the grab app. There was no hot water at all at the hotel. This is simply unacceptable for the price paid. After a long flight, waiting in the heat at the airport this was the last thing I needed! The reception staff are amazing but unfortunately I will not be back.

Good hotel for long layovers. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. No bad smells or smoking smells. Basic hotel good for spending the night for a long layover. Breakfast is not included in the rate (it was an extra $10 / person). The area around the hotel is very spartan--no walking streets, food streets, or anything like that. At best, there's a casino hotel a few blocks away. But aside from that this hotel is in a commercial-industrial zone with limited options. Though there is a convenience store open 24 hours directly adjacent to the hotel (buy your water here cheaper because the hotel charges a premium for additional bottled water beyond your first two complimentary bottles).

Amazing hotel and staff, but not much around the hotel to do for entertainment, food, or drinks.. Its more of a business district. However, I would stay again.

Comfortable and smooth

I've stayed at Four Seasons, Shangri-La, etc and I have to candidly say that my stay Bayprime was shockingly just as good as a top tier, legacy accommodation - and 'shockingly' due to the price being so unbelievably good for the value, quality, and service you get during your stay. Stellar property, high-end finishes, courteous and reliable staff who go the extra mile, and high quality amenities (albeit the offering being on the more standard side). Housekeeping pays so much attention to detail, their work is truly high caliber. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for anyone looking for a high caliber property with world class service in a great location.

Overall good, Staff was helpful. The lobby has strong smell of disinfectant or something. Room walls are thin.

It was excellent. Kids love their rooms. They had fun at the pool. Food were great.

Only thing they need is to hire more housekeepers. I have to call front desk to request for cleaning and ask for fresh towel for most of my stay. But overall it was a pleasant stay
