Clean and reasonably sized room, with a little desk, and a very comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was also clean. Everything has been recently renovated and well kept.

The furniture, decor, and general vibe of the place were quite basic and impersonal. It was bit awkard to come in and meet other people staying there without having any host in the house. But it is what it is.

Posizione ottima, in un'area tranquilla ben servita dai mezzi, e vicino a un grande supermercato Tesco. La camera era pulita, semplice ma con tutto il necessario; inoltre, i proprietari sono stati davvero molto gentili a venirmi incontro per alcune richieste. La cucina è fornitissima, davvero un punto di forza dell'appartamento. Consigliato senz'altro, anche visto il prezzo davvero molto conveniente.

La camera è vicina alla cucina, e per usare il bagno esterno bisogna passare da essa, cosa non comodissima quando ci sono altri ospiti; ma questo è ben chiarito nelle foto e nelle recensioni, dunque me lo aspettavo e non avevo problemi, basta organizzarsi e portarsi tappi per le orecchie nel caso gli altri ospiti della casa fossero rumorosi (e una mascherina per gli occhi se si desidera il buio completo).

The property was very clean and pretty. The bed was very cozy and as a struggled sleeper, I had no problem with it. It was way better than most hotels I’ve been to. The kitchen had the essentials to make tea coffee which we appreciated. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The key to the front door was very difficult to use and we had to fiddle with it a lot until another visitor helped us figure it out. When we called the customer service, they did try to help us giving specific instructions but they didn’t work. They also mentioned other people that stay struggle with it so surely they should change it.

La décoration et la propreté de la chambre étaient au rendez-vous. Facile d'accès depuis la gare.

L'isolation sonore est inexistante ! J'étais à côté de la douche, donc du passage et du bruit le matin et le soir. Dès qu'on allume le système de ventilation ce n'est pas possible de dormir si vous n'avez pas un sommeil de plomb. De plus j'ai pu constater que le couple qui était au-dessus de ma chambre était très heureux en ménage, grincement et dialogue à l'appuie... La propreté de la douche est soumise à la bonne volonté des autres clients, il faut croire que je n'ai pas eu de chance car elle était sale (poils, cheveux).

The room is beautiful. The cleanliness is impeccable and the area is 30 minutes walking distance from city centre. Bus stop is just outside the property.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It had missing slats onto 2 different parts of the bed. Therefore we were sinking in the void spaces during the night which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

It was easy enough to find! Once I had the key code, access was lovely! The property looked good and the town house setup, felt generally comfortable, with much needed facilities available to all, when required. The room looked thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and definitely, made for me, not too firm or soft. The environment whilst I was there was peaceful and quiet!

Unfortunately, the room smelled like an ash tray. Even clean linen, now smelled of nicotine. When I arrived, the windows (obvious to all), were flung wide open, leading me from outside to to believe the room was occupied by someone else, but it was the room for me and nothing could erase such a stench, and this made it cold! I had not been sent the code, tired and waiting in the breeze was a bit irritating. But my call was answered.

Two very minor things to look at. Front door lock was very stiff. Room door was stiff to shut and a bit noisy so could have woken up the next room.

Convenient location for central Liverpool

The location is convenient for the university area while offering very good value. The communal kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and delph. I used Voi scooters to travel around Liverpool.

Sharing a bathroom is not ideal but acceptable at the price.

The cleanliness the close proximity to the stadium and city centre.

The cleanliness of the house, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all amenities, very new and clean, lovely house.

It was a shame we couldn’t open the Juliette balcony doors, also couldn’t check in early unless prior arranged, which I couldn’t understand if the room was ready and we were willing to pay the additional amount, all we needed was the lock box number for the key, which was already there, I just didn’t see what the issue was,

It was kept tidy enough.

I had a etching rash after first night which I assume came from the bed or bedding, When I goggle it,said all the symptoms of bed bugs, which I am still suffering from today,I asked cleaner to give me fresh bed linen and she refused me., also the constant daily turn over of guests made it impossible to relax especially when they are arriving back to guest house anytime from 2am until 4.45am,,every guest were average age early to late twenties and as a man in his fifties it wasn't for me and as there was no management about they tented to do as they wanted.

Very easy to collect the keys. Parking available. Neat, clean and in a good location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice and clean. A good place to stay in Loverpool.

The room was clean and the toilet/shower was adequate. The location though somewhat inaccurate (via booking) was in a safe area on the main road with available parking

The room was small. It had enough for my 2 night quick visit to Liverpool but way to small for anything else. It lacked any kettle and tea supplies (they were possibly in the kitchen and apologies if i missed it). There were few room features besides the towel, bed, desk and coat hanger. The location of the property was mildly misleading via booking and was actually closer to the Tesco and police station on the main road of Wavertree road. Not a huge amount of distance but a more accurate description would have helped. The host messages seemed a bit scripted and slow to questions... though they did answer when I asked.

No adjustments for heating the room was a bit on the cold side and one of the windows didn't close properly allowing road noise and a draft.

The location was on the bus route straight out from the city centre. The property itself is a converted townhouse. The bathroom/toilet is shared and there is a shared kitchen on the ground floor. The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable. There isn't a TV in the room, which I didn't mind but I mention it in case anyone needs to have a TV during their stay. There was good wi-fi connection at all times

It suited me fine as a solo traveller. 5 minutes from Edge Hill station, then a 5 minute journey to Lime Street. It was clean and quiet, and the kitchen facilities were a nice bonus. All good!

The house is exceptionally clean and so are the shared facilities. We walked to and from city centre and this was really straight forward but you could also easily get there on the train.

The noise in this house is a huge let down. I could hear downstairs arguing at 3am, I could hear every single word and they weren’t shouting. Every door creaks and you hear any noise any other guest makes and this kept me up every hour. Also the mattress in our room had a huge dip in the middle and the room was far too warm, but the heating system was difficult to navigate.

Es como una casa completa, y nosotros estuvimos en habitaciones arriba, muy limpia baños tambien, utilizamos la cocina y comedor agradable , amplio y tranquilo. No esta en la zona central de la cuidad pero facil transporte.

Both residents and guests maintain clean and quite environment. Staff promptly respond to customers / guests queries.

Room heating appears a little inadequate, though other parts of the house was adequately heated and sometimes almost overheated. Mattress in bed is not too comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature were low.
