Ce logement est idéalement placé à proximité du vieux San Juan, il y a même un supermarché à proximité. Il est propre et bien décoré. La cuisine est aussi fonctionnelle. Suite à un problème, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et m'ont proposé immédiatement de changer de logement (même si au final cela n'a pas été nécessaire).

Le logement est un peu sombre mais ce n'est qu'un détail et je le savais déjà.

TV didn’t work. It’s too high up at an odd angle to the bed. Couldn’t watch TV comfortably. The bathroom is too small. I asked for towels twice and didn’t get any. They could have dropped them off, since we’re out most of the day. When I called and left a message, they got back to me too late. There was only one set of keys. Other folks had two sets, which we needed. The main building entrance door is off. Sometimes it locks, sometimes it stays open.

It haves a small pool, hammock and the place smells good. Very clean There’s super markets near, gas stations, restaurants and the beach 🏝️

Soggiorno pessimo, siamo arrivati di sera tardi e abbiamo avuto molte difficoltà per accedere alla stanza in quanto non vi è una reception fisica. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto bagnata in quanto il condizionatore messo ad alta potenza ha gocciolato moltissimo venendosi così a creare nelle vicinanze del letto una grande pozzanghera che le foto che allego rendono poco. Abbiamo così chiesto ed ottenuto un cambio stanza, peccato che vi erano i segnalatori del fumo staccati e uno dei quali che suonava con un "bip" continuo ogni minuto, abbiamo così dovuto disattivare anche quello, le sorprese sono continuate in quanto la stanza non era pulita e affacciandosi nel terrazzino vi erano presenti molti calcinacci. Così ho contattato nuovamente la struttura, la mattina dopo sono entrati nella nostra stanza alle 6.00 del mattino pensando che non fossimo in quella stanza e svegliandoci di soprassalto e avendoci permesso di dormire solo poche ore, risolto il problema le pulizie sono ripassate in mattinata quando non eravamo in stanza ma non hanno pulito il terrazzino che è rimasto sporco e scarsamente agibile. Infine ci siamo accorti che la federa del cuscino presentava delle gocce di sangue secco! Sconsiglio assolutamente questa struttura!

Excellent location - walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and shopping. We were always able to find parking on the street within a block or two. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Easy self check-in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

The location was amazing, walking distance to anything that you may need. Great for food and window shopping. It is across the street from a fancy hotel that also has a few food options attached. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and there is a grocery store diagonal across the street if you want to cook. It is on the strip for shopping and restaurants and the beach is about a half mile walk. Bebos restaurant and the Egg Joint both within half a mile served really good food. La Mona Loiza is clean, they supply a tasty coffee and a coffee maker and beach towels as well. The mattress is comfortable and there is a rainshower head in the shower. The only thing that could have been better are brighter lights in the kitchen. There is no parking but we found parking on the street.

I had just come in with breakfast and did not lock the door. Oddly one of the property employees opened the door about a minute after I came in. Very odd.... I am not sure why she even tried the door. The lighting was very dim in the kitchen and there was no designated parking lot.

The staff was great and very responsive to any requests. The location was great - close to everything - the beach, a Super Max supermarket, small shopping center, Starbucks, petrol station, DoubleTree Hotel where you can go for a meal or a cocktail. It feels pretty safe in the area, just watch where you are stepping in when walking along the streets.

I'd like to have an electric kettle, more light in the room, and more regular hot-cold water balance. Also, it is a big difference in which building your room is. I first got a very smelly room in outdated building, but after I contacted customer care, they moved me to a better one. When booking a room it is not clear what are you getting. More images of what each room looks like should be provided, as now it looks more like a lottery.
