Audrey made it more convenient for my roommate to arrived at the property without the hassle. She offered to fetch her at the airport (with a fee) and allowed her to check in earlier so she was able to get in the property not worrying about the key.

All went well except for instructions where to leave the key upon leaving the property but it's not a problem at all. The guard agreed to keep it. If you're particular about ironing your clothes and you want it hanged, notify Audrey if she can provide flat iron and hanger.
