Property was centrally located, very bright and airy, with great facilities and lovely staff! The room was comfortable, great bed, great bathroom products and fantastic shower!

The cement finishing (particularly ceiling) made the room pretty gloomy.

It’s modern, clean had great facilities and was in a fantastic location. The breakfast was also very good value.

Having the washbasin in the body of the room instead of the bathroom was a little odd but not a dealbreaker.

The social hub is a fantastic concept. The rooms are clean and modern. The social areas within the hotel are amazing. I loved the billiards, table tennis and gym.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness room and free laundry room, both open 24 hours, are great. The location is central and convenient.

No refrigerator in the room.

It was clean & comfortable

The dirty unfinished concrete look was very dusty & affected my daughter's allergies & looked like a building not finished, the description on bookings was false & misleading.

The property is centrally located and is nearer to the bus stops, tube and the central railway station. Have plenty of options for food and shopping

Die Lage war in Ordnung; Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:00 Uhr, damit konnte ich es nicht einnehmen, da mein Geschäftstermin regelmäßig um 8:00 Uhr begann.

Die Wasserleitungen machten ein extrem lautes Geräusch, und ich hätte mir Frühstück ab 6:00 Uhr oder 6:30 Uhr gewünscht. Der Preis war deutlich überzogen.

Excellent amenities, including a bar and a range of affordable breakfast and brunch options. We were met with free prosecco on arrival. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well presented. The location is very central (5 minutes' walk from Buchanan Street and 10 minutes from Central and Queen Street stations).

Some noise at night from nearby bar and in the morning from building work.

Helpful staff and lovely welcome. Hotel has a good vibe and a comfy downstairs area. Room was well equipped and bed was comfy.

We got one pillow each and it was very flat.

Room lovely and bed so comfortable. The choice at breakfast was amazing and the staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere is bright and clean - the photos on the website don't do it justice.

It was noisy with people walking down the corridors at 2am talking loudly and banging doors. Early morning was the same so we didn't sleep very well. The rooms are decorated beautifully but could do with better lighting.

Großartiges neues Hotel, ruhige Lage des Zimmers, mega Frühstück und auch Restaurant, Möglichkeit zu Waschen ist inklusive, Tischtennis, Billard, Sportraum vor Ort + Makerspaces und Workplaces, Begrüßungsdrink und Kennelernmöglichkeiten der Hub-Leute am Abend. Hab mich 100% wohl gefühlt und würde jederezeit auch länger im Social Hub wohnen wollen.

Auto Check Out process. WRONG question, “Where did you stay?” SHOULD be, “What was your room number”. Delayed my Check Out as I had to ask a Staff member to help , (plus a bit confusing , non specific and silly!); I didn’t know e.g, whether the property had various locations. Don’t like that I could not request a floor level , the Auto Check in selects it for you. Not enough LIFT/Elevator signs in the corridors, a bit of a Maze. Major construction of paths to Hotel which I did not find a problem, but a Disabled person in a chair might.

Very central, easy to find and to get around central Glasgow from the Hub. Contemporary feel - spacious - loved it! Added extras were the gym and the laundry facilities 😀

I liked everything about the place

Blown away by this place. New, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were incredible - big well equipped gym (the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen), free washing facilities, easy to use app, delicious restaurant downstairs, helpful staff, functional rooms.

Excelente localização. Hotel de muito bom gosto, cruzando uma inspiração industrial/urbana com serviços adequados, alguns dos quais não estão disponíveis em muitos hotéis. Zonas de trabalho e lazer, no piso térreo, muito originais e agradáveis.

Great location, lovely staff, very comfy large bed, plenty of amenities like social areas, laundry facilities and gym.

Alles :D Super freundliches Personal, tolles sauberes modernes Zimmer, wunderschöner Aufenthaltsbereich mit Billiard, Tischtennis und einer Menge schöner Sitzplätze.

Es gibt wirklich keinen einzigen negativen Punkt. Ich war einfach noch nie in einem so tollen Hotel.
