Place is clean and easily accessible in the transit area. Beverages are provided such as coffee,tea and bottled water, they can provide more upon request. Staff are helpful and nice during check-in and out of the hotel.

The title needs to say abu Dhabi airport, if u travel a lot not having the airport name can be confusing and take time.

One room didn’t have cold water supply. Also, TV wasn’t working in same room. Room was 303.

This was the only hotel located in transit area.There was a transit visa requirement for Pakistani citizen I was traveling with family i only applied for online transit visa for myself and they asked me to visit counter upon my arrival to get transit visa which was confusing and i decided to book this hotel and stay inside airport with family. If you have a short stopover i.e less than 24 hours and you do not want to go outside airport then this is a nice place you do not need to get transit visa and you can stay there. The staff was very professional they treated me very nicely!

For a short stay of 12 hours it was ok. I was unable to charge my mobile as the adopter was different and later i read instructions in which it was advised to visit receiption if there is an adopter issue. I think it should be fixed and there should be provision for adopters which should fulfil mobile charging requirements of all guests I was using samsung A54 mobile.There was no window in our room.

It was spotless, dark, quiet and cool. Perfect for sleeping. Located inside the transit area made it perfect for a long lay over.

The best position inside Zayed International Airport. We enjoyed our stay and it was really comfortable. The rooms are small but organised with everything that you need for a short stay.

The room was very clean with a comfy bed. The bathroom had everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, slippers and even 2 toothbrushes and paste. Highly recommended.

Service and location was excellent! The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and very convenient to catch my flight the next day. Perfect.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Being inside the sterile area was a bonus, no having to clear immigration to stay at an offsite hotel. Check-in was quick and pain free.

The bathroom. This was a disaster. Design is shocking. There appears to be no slope on the shower floor to divert the water to the drain. Secondly there is no door on the shower, so water goes everywhere. I had to roll up the second bath towel to try and stop the water flowing out of the shower all over the floor round the hand basin and toilet. But even that was not totally effective. Thirdly, you are told at check-in that you need to run the hot water tap for 5-10 minutes before the water gets hot!!! What a waste of water in a country that is mostly desert with little rainfall. This is a brand new, recently opened hotel, and already needs a lot of money spent to fix simple design faults.

Location most of all. Internet worked great for laptop and work meetings. Staffs were very attentive which helped at wee hours in the morning. Kudos to the staffs on both 3rd June and 24th May

Internet strangely failed to work for WhatsApp call. The option for max 6 hour or max 12 hour was not clear on booking.com. Can only extend for room up to 2 hours, else have to buy another 6 hours.

We had a 9 hour layover and the property had everything we needed - comfortable beds, tea/coffee, good sized bathroom, aircon, and most importantly it was CLEAN! Exactly what you need between flights. On top of that, the service at check in was exceptional and friendly, specifically Rifay who made sure we got a comfortable room that suited us, and organised for a hairdryer to be delivered to the room as well. Thank you!
