Pros: Perfectly located near Ala Moana mall, Walmart etc. parking is tricky due to limited street parking around the neighborhood although valet parking is available with a fee. The suite room we stayed in was perfect for the duration of our stay since there was a mini kitchen with min fridge, electric stove, dishes with utensils, microwave in which baking was available and stacked washer/dryer. Toiletries were provided as well was laundry soap. The bed was comfortable, cozy and clean.
Cons: Front desk was hard to reach out when calling from the outside. It was tricky getting supplies for the room due to miscommunication from the front desk to the house keeping staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. New property, was very clean and in a great location, since we were moving our daughter in to University. We would stay there again on our next visit. No problems at all.

In Ala Moana which is cleaner than Waikiki. Wamart next door and Ala Moana mall 1 block and the State park beach on the other side of the mall. Everything is walkable but they do provide a shuttle to the mall, park beach and Waikiki beach. Clean new rooms, pools, Jacuzzis, gym, spa, bars, restaurant. Staff are very responsive.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Amenities help you feel at home. And our ocean view was so nice to wake up to every morning. I loved how the hotel entrance smelled, too. Very calming and soothing scent in the air. Staff were all friendly and courteous. The only things I didn’t like: my GPS kept routing me to enter from the wrong direction. You’re not allowed to make a left turn into the driveway, and finding a turnaround was inconvenient. Also, the extras were expensive (sky deck bar by the pool, the restaurant, the coffee shop, the spa) but then again, it’s Honolulu and most things are going to cost a lot more.

The hotel and staff were 5 star, all the way! My only complaint is the $55/day valet, with no option for self-parking. However, you can walk and uber to all the tourist spots if you plan correctly and save yourself $500-$600 in car rental and valet fees.!

Phone line was down the entire stay. Impossible to contact front desk. Mara restaurant was not good at all. Pretentious staff (except valet and security, they were nice) Valet was completely understaffed. Wehad to wait for onto the Main Street after circling the block 5 times. They’re new so I hate to be so brutally honest, but is the truth.

The building, room, and staff are amazing, I just wish it was a lot closer to waikiki beach where all the happenings are. Unfortunately parking in or around waikiki beach was both a pain and a drain so we couldn’t really hang out there often.

All of the staff are incredible! Proximity to Ala Moana (both mall and beach), Target at the end of the block, an absolutely gorgeous building and suite, and the amenity deck is absolute paradise. It’s brand new so that means no mustiness like a lot of hotels in Hawaii. A couple tiny hiccups due to it being such a new hotel made the stay a 9.9/10 but I will most definitely be back as soon as I can. Kitchen and laundry in-suite made the stay so much more convenient. Friendliest 5 star service I’ve experienced literally anywhere! No attitude or arrogance; pure kindness, capability, and accommodating attitudes from everyone. Other hotels would do well to replicate this place.

Beautiful room with an amazing view! Very comfortable and home like feel to room. Lived the convenience of having kitchen to make meals and in room washer and dryer. Would definitely stay there again! Staff were super friendly, from the valet staff to check in desk staff.

Beautiful brand new property. Located in a great location near lots of restaurants and bars. You have malls around you. Everyone at the resort are great and helpful. The rooms came with a kitchenette which was so clutch. I loved it here, would definitely come back.
