I thought the hotel was very well taken care, specifically for how outdated things were. Nice in a nostalgic way.

Recommend! A no frills but very comfortable hotel with all the amenities I would need. We stayed for 8 days and it was very comfortable. Everything worked and the staff was very nice. Baby crib available for our baby and they cleaned our room everyday even if it was just to arrange the bed, which is uncommon nowadays. It was eco friendly without being too messy because they change the sheets every 3 days but would provide clean towels and clean up the room. I wouldn’t mind not having the room serviced daily but having the bed made daily was nice.

A very nice stay at the Ramada Plaza with short walks to restaurants and shops. Just minutes to the beach. Friendly and helpful service from the hotel staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel near the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff was helpful when I asked for information about the area providing a map and highlighting the hotel and where we wanted to go. They were able to get us into the room early so we could rest after our cruise in Hawaii.

All and all this is a good place. Location is great. Staff is super friendly. Housekeepers were nice. Convenient to food and shopping. My complaints are as follows: Room was super humid. We asked about a dehumidifier but they didn't have one. Carpets are old and sticky due to the humidity. Air (the type we breathe) was old and musty. Windows don't open to allow clean fresh air into the room causing the air inside to smell musty. I understand about safety but a 3 inch opening in the window track would have worked and kept everyone safe. Sorry to gripe about the smells and humidity but you asked for a review. Other than that, nice place.

The hotel was a great location and comfortable and had a reasonable price. When we booked we were told there was airport transportation and free hot breakfast. When we arrived there was no van and we were told that they no longer include breakfast. Very disappointing.

Its was decent. Close to resorts and beaches, easy walking distance to malls, restaurants. Typically less than 2 miles to most of the best of Honolulu.

It was conveniently located and walking distance to everything including the beach. The staff was really nice and helpful.
Cons:
- No continental breakfast, or at least any kind of voucher to any of the restaurants next to the hotel.
- Over all it was clean, but not great.
- Laundry was expensive to wash and only one out of three dryers was working at the time.
- Refrigerator in the room was the tiniest I've seen.

Good location at a great price. It’s about a mile walk to Waikīkī beach and right on a major road with bus/trolley stops. Friendly staff.

This is a very nice hotel, at a reasonable price for Honolulu. Had to change hotels last minute, and staff made me feel comfortable right away. Right across the street for Friday night fireworks too :)
