Six of us stayed three nights. The wait staff in the bar were awful. Three evenings in a row we asked for normal cocktails like a martini etc. Two different waiters told us they do not make such drinks and only the few drinks on the written menu were available. Out of frustration we went directly to the bar to ask the bartender. He said of course he can make and drink we want. The waiters got upset and the next night threw menus on our table. Also served about two onces of prosecco in glass. We asked why such a rediculous small amount. Waiter just walked away. Hotel is beautiful and other staff at reservation desk and housekeeping were great. The buffet breakfast was nothing special. Food was cold and mostly bland. Ordered omelette. It was way over cooked and terrible. We decided to eat at restaurants outside hotel. No one seemed to be in charge at hotel. Ashame because beautiful hotel, good location and majority of staff were quite good.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is very close to the train station and water taxis “Vaporetto” which makes it convenient to get to further away places like San Marco square. Front desk was very polite. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean

Not a single criticism of this hotel. Service was great, the grounds, common areas and room were first class, all the way, and the canal view from our veranda was nothing short of spectacular. A++++

Very nice hotel near the train station. Only 22 minutes to St. Marks square. Out of the way, but close enough to everything.

Hotel and room were fantastic. Location was honestly perfect - far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it felt peaceful but also everything you could possibly need in walking distance. Staff were wonderful especially those doing breakfast (which was also great). Couldn’t fault this place at all, we will definitely return when we visit Venice again.

Property is nice good location however if looking for colder room at night don’t stay as air conditioning does not get cold.

Room small and dark - bathroom needs more light for those of us with aging eyes. Service excellent - well located for the train and exploring - quiet and king size beds

A very convenient location to arrive to in Venice. Close to both trains and busses. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We would stay again!

The hotel was great and the staff were fantastic. Overall just an amazing place.

Location was perfect for access to the train station. Beautiful green space attached to the property. Enormous selection at breakfast. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Just perfect. Thank you.
