Very nice hotel, clean and accommodating. Staff was so friendly…pool was warm and clean, hotel is centrally located and close to so much, eating, shopping, etc, hot breakfast with good variety, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever get to Tennessee again we would stay here again.

The room did not look like the picture. It didnt have a chair in it . Just a bed that was very uncomfortable. The shower did not get very hot at all.

The reason I did not give a excellent is because we found 2 roaches in the first room they put us in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and put us in another room far from the first one we were in. Otherwise, the hotel looked and smelled clean.

Our stay was amazing family enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing also. Recently found out after we got home my son left his coat and staff was very helpful with locating it and taking my information to get it sent to Indiana

Everything was really good! It was really cold this weekend and I just wanted a hot shower to get warm, but the water never got hot! The water was almost too cold to get a fast shower. Very disappointed due to the amount of money I spent. I expect better

When we checked in the didn't have the room we purchased. Got a smaller room than we wanted. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was very close to the ground. There was no conditioner or body wash in the free bottles. The only good thing was the breakfast options and the heated indoor pool. Not worth a second stay, but good in a pinch.

The only item pointed out to the staff was the carpet in the room could use a better cleaning but would not keep up from coming back to the property. The staff was attentive to this item brought to their attention; they did not just dismiss it.

The only issue was the toilet - it’s fine for a young child, but very low for a senior citizen. Also, a few more electrical plugs would be helpful.
