Let me start with the good- the beach is super close and it’s nice. Nice pool too. Pool and beach towels available to borrow. Offer lemon water outside. Pretty decent food offered on premise but expensive. Cons- no hot tub, expensive food, no complimentary breakfast, you have to ask multiple times for towels, etc. Our shower and toilet barely drained and no one ever came to fix it despite our calls. They also didn’t put my family on the floor closest to our despite our request. It was an okay stay for a long weekend, but not sure I’d want to go back.

Such an easy check in and close parking. Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay. Great restaurant and great rooms with a nice patio. The hotel is also close to so many great restaurants and a short drive to the piers.

After our TampaBay Reservation was canceled at the last minute due to Hurricane Helene destruction. We were able to book with Beachcomber and it is absolutely the BEST place to be in Pompano Beach. Inviting, clean, staff is super friendly and everything can is available right there.

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night staycation during Labor Day Weekend. The ocean views were amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and breakfast at the cafe was delicious! Will definitely be back again!

The soundproof in the room I was assigned #407 was not existing. On on our second night there was a fight in a nearby by room at about 4:00am and we couldn’t sleep from that moment on. There is no privacy in the balconies, the dividers are old fashion. The TV is not compatible with Netflix application. It definitely needs upgrading- This platform charged me $14 per night for the use of WiFi, and the Hotel manager told me it should it be free- We paid over $600 for a weekend and we were uncomfortable-

Great place , convenient on the beach . Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Music was a little loud although live music which was enjoyable , but would stop by 10pm.

This was a really great experience. The property, room, staff, food and drink options were all great. Not one complaint. One of my best vacations. I'm so glad that the good reviews were accurate!

Due to some miss information over the phone that we could do a early check in after 2 hours of argument was offered a room and free parking which they later changed their mind and i was literally harassed to sign for parking after promised not to

Great property, large room, beautiful pools

The staff were wonderful at every level. Valet parking was easy and the text to call ahead always had car waiting and ready. Anything you needed or wanted was quickly taken care of or had already been thought of. The on sight lounge, bar and restaurant were all beautiful and a pleasure to use and the live music was something we both really enjoyed and took full advantage of. The pool was beautiful and highly maintained. And what can we say about the beach and the ocean. Amazing!!! Days and nights spent on the beach and with the live music was something we wont forget! Also loved laying in the 3 hammocks by the bar and live music just steps from the beach

This property has been updated. I was in room 509. Room 509 was updated but i found the room to be very small and smelly. It has an old smell to it. The smell is very strong we lit a candle in the room the entire stay. We also lit the candle during bed so that we can sleep. The smell was so strong that after leaving the scent is embedded in all of our clothes and things. The 1st night we asked the man at the front desk for a room deodorizer he replied back room service was gone. His tone and demeanor was very dismissive. This was after 11p.m. on August 28th. The floors in the room i really wasnt sure if they had been mopped but my fiance thought it maybe just wear and tear on the floors. The bathroom came with a tub not a shower. When using the shower, the ceiling and walls sweated. And yes when you turn on the lights and vent hood automatic pops on. The patio door was very hard to open. The table on the patio was dirty filled with bird pooping. The patio needs better lightning outside. The room has no microwave to reheat food.

The ocean view from our balcony was amazing. The food and service were great at the restaurant and bar. The service from the beach area was disappointing. Overall it was a good experience.

Poor cleaning in the room, specially the bathroom. Even the common area bathroom was smelling bad. I don’t know how these “Expedia gold benefits” work, but they ignored me when I told them about it, and I never received anything about it was promoted by Expedia.
