Wonderful hotel, conveniently located near a subway station and TCAT terminal.

My husbands allergies were absolutely terrible the first night, he was up and down all night with congestion, runny eyes, and post nasal drip… he found mild by the curtains in the corner of the room. I will say that when we called to change rooms they were very on top of it and understanding, they showed us 3 new rooms to choose from and examine. He felt much better the remainder of the stay. Service was fantastic but the room itself was pretty plain and while the facility itself was beautiful the gym was a bit pathetic. Next time we will probably not spend 300$ a night on a room since the “amenities” of the hotel were not great. We much prefer the grand Hyatt in roppongi for similar price point

Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo

Location. The hotel has an entrance to the Suitengumae Station and the T-CAT bus station that brings you from the Narita Airport which make it completely convenient…

Very friendly staffs, very helpful all the time. The lounge is excellent. I will stay here again next time.

We opted for a double room with lounge access. The room was spacious for Tokyo standard and it was spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. The access to the lounge was totally worth it - we could see the Tokyo Tower from there and the food and drinks were great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again for our next visit to Tokyo.

Good hotel, convenient location, polite and helpful staff Rooms are bit old styled, needs renovation for sure. Breakfast menu repeats everyday becomes boring after 2 days, not much options for vegetarian people.

An almost perfect hotel. I miss the pool and the sauna facilities.

Unflexible staff at check-in. Charged me for one hour earlier check-in eventhough they had the room ready (I was staying for 5 days). Charged for use of gym. The hotel has seen better times and must be due for a major overhaul. Staff very friendly but as usual in Japan no devation or flexibility.

Expedia site indicates that there is laundry facilities. In fact, there was none. Transport is very convenient. Don't have high hopes on small restaurants close to the hotel.

Excellent bang for buck

Quiet and nice. Serviceminded crew, subway and bus just a few steps away. Always a taxi outside -and not too expencive to get around.
