Disappointed, as the room ceiling was in need of repairs. The hotel in general was in need of a tune up. Staff was great, however.

Service was great. Room was spacious, Clean and very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast wS awesome with a wide variety of items to choose from. Location was excellent.

I always stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites when I travel weekly for work and this was by far the oldest, most dated building as well as frayed carpet which needed cleaning along with other floors - near the breakfast room which was also subpar. I always LOVE the breakfast at the Fairfield Inn and there were far less options and the quality was not good. Needs some TLC and a visit from corporate or property manager. No complaints on the room - comfort or cleanliness.

I called ahead 2 days before to request to have my 2 rooms together since I was bringing my daughters but when arrived that was not done and rooms that I got were in 2 separate areas.

Tv did not work-service in and out constantly, shower leaked, and hair dryer only worked if you held the plug in.

The staff was incredible! The check in process was the best I've had in a very long time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! My husband (who is normally very reserved) spoke up immediately with how pleased he was with the staff. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was ok. Our tv went out around 8:30PM. When I called the front desk it popped back on. However, it didnt stay long. So we went without a tv during our stay.

Good location and price. I liked that the hotel honored our request for ajoining rooms. We were traveling with our grandchildren and having the rooms side-by-side was great.
