Lovely hotel. Nice food on the restaurant. A bit pricy for what it is ( the restaurant)

Very good experience. Staff were great. Layout of hotel, especially vehicle drop off, is confusing but we have been here before and knew where to go.

Our stay was amazing! Jordan at the front desk was incredibly helpful. It was very clean and easy to navigate to the airport terminal the next morning. We will definitely stay again when traveling through Houston. Highly recommend.

Hotel was at the airport so not too bad to get to, food and drinks way over priced, one of the electric doors from the lifts to the room was broken so if you were in a wheelchair or had alot of luggage is was a bit awkward.

Always a pleasant stay at the IAH Marriott. Rooms are large and comfortable, elevators run quickly and staff are super nice. Food is a bit limited, but good and servers are extremely helpful. Pricing is in line with other US airport hotels. Definitely convenient to airport especially with early or late departures

Convenient location. Fine for just an overnight whilst travelling but quite dark and dated. Expensive for what it is but it was the most convenient for the airport.

An ok airport hotel but the journey from the terminal to the hotel is awful. You ride an old train at less than walking speed through dim corridors 😳

Spent an hour joining their rewards plan to get free internet & they charged me $16.50 for it anyway.

The only hotel with shuttle to airport at 3am. Over priced.. hard bed, unconfortable pillows.

We missed our international connecting flight so check into the Marriott, bagless, with a 4 year old around 10pm. I was tired, sad, anxious as we were delayed in Atlanta and just ready for bed. The staff and stay were AMAZING. They gave us all the basics that we needed with no luggage
The next day they accommodated a super late check out which was greatly appreciated as we had a 10pm flight. They gave my son a toy from the treasure chest and at breakfast and lunch were so kind and accommodating to us. Extra water , make pancakes for my son and we just so sweet to us. They actually made the delay an enjoyable extra day at a cool fun hotel for my son.
I don’t know if the staff remembered us but THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!l. We were so disappointed to miss our flight and you really did turn the negative into a fun day.
(Also bed was super comfy and the food was delicious l)

The location is perfect for those traveling through Houston. We arrived after midnight and had to walk quite a ways due to the subway not operating. Our room had not been cleaned properly but unfortunately we only noticed the next morning when we found coins on the floor and urine spots on the toilet. Both not ours. But I’m sure this is not the norm at a place like this. I’d stay here again.
