Best Pet friendly property we’ve ever stayed at
They gave our pooch a bowl some cookies and poop bags
Sad the pool was closed for the season wasn’t exposed on the listing
Restaurant/patio bar was great!
And one desk person was quite rude when I asked if there was laundry but maybe he was having a bad day either way if you’re in customer service suck it up no one should treat people like that no matter what’s going on….he was quite snarky and short with me I smiled at him and carried on

3 stays in a few weeks here, 1st stay was great, 2nd stay was even better when I was welcomed back with an upgrade. 3rd visit unfortunately was a letdown with a very different customer service experience, was given a room on the 1st floor, super noisy area.
First two stays were 5 star value, 3rd stay left disappointed

The pool was closed and no mention of that on the website. Not their fault closing it but if we'd been told we would have stayed somewhere else. Without the pool it's definitely not worth the money. Breakfast was very average but cost $$$

The worst customer service experienced. Stayed here many times, but will be looking elsewhere for coming trips. No communication on pool being closed, and was told that we should have knows by the Desk Agent.
Then all the other people in our group was given breakfast vouchers, but we were not even offered them. Was told by the Manager that since I booked online I was not given them.
The desk agents and manager were extremely rude and just did not have any customer service skills.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Requested a walk in shower - and got it. Be careful, shower floor is slippery.

Didn't like the fact that someone was able to charge drinks to my room - waiting for the hotel to figure it out but this should never happen.

Excellent hotel!! By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms are big and clean, the bed is so comfortable! The washroom is spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness. The breakfast staff is super quick with refilling the dishes. And the breakfast had a lot of variety so you can never get bored. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend anyone traveling to Calgary to stay there!

We wanted water from the vending machine on the second floor but neither CC or debit wasn’t working. We came down to try first floor one and let the front desk know about the issue. They unexpectedly led us us to the second floor and gave us water free from an exclusive room fridge. I was very impressed by this. We will be staying here again, based on wonderful service, and care!
