Lovely hotel with great location. Just would not rate the beach highly at all. I could not find the location of where the picture associated was taken. Hardly any beach which was not great sand and not super clean (stepped on dirty rag in water).

I am a platinum member. I reserved ocean view. They said they upgraded but I don't know how I was upgraded. They didn't explain.

Great location! Great service from every employee. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Towels and water bottles provided. Two fantastic restaurants right on sight. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was great and the staff were super nice! The restaurant on the first floor was pretty good and very convenient. The beach can be accessed directly.

Love the remodeled ABC store, Starbucks, pool area and MonkeyPod restaurant. Frank at front desk was wonderful. We’ve been coming here for 25 years and really love the new updates.

The Outrigger Reef exceeded expectations! Staff was very welcoming and responsive from check in to check out. The hotel is gorgeous with a complete recent remodel and a great location to walk everywhere we wanted. The Monkeypod restaurant food and staff were top knotch. Great live music nightly too and a super fun outside bar. We would definitely stay again - 5 star everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Reef. I would highly recommend this hotel to any friends traveling to the islands, and I will book it again the next time I go on vacation. We had a partial ocean view and were given a perk of breakfast vouchers for Monkeypod, the farm-to-table restaurant on the beach property. Other amenities include beach access and a $20/hr ($8 additional hours) beach butler service, which provided a beach umbrella and chairs adjacent to the hotel, and a Holikai catamaran located in the hotel lobby for sailing right off the sands of the beach for snorkeling with sea turtles! The hotel offers a clean pool with multiple jacuzzies and great bar service. We also rented a cabana on a busy Friday, which did not come with any extras like a fruit plate or water, so that could be improved upon. Towels are provided for the pool and the beach. The bar is excellent, and the coconut shrimp are amazing! We enjoyed the local walkable restaurants and the nightly live entertainment at the hotel pool bar. They also offer a cultural center where one can learn about and create local crafts, which we saw. All and all I would give the Outrigger Reef 5/5 stars!

Beautiful resort. Staff was super nice & helpful. Shopping are & Beach was at a walking distance. Highly recommend. Only confusion was Room facing beach, which we selected & paid extra for. But, it was partial view of beach.

Beautiful resort. Booked an oceanfront room and had no regrets. On site restaurant food was so-so, but bar service was on point.

This resort is directly on the water! Hotel is clean, beautiful, steps to the water and in the middle of everything. We had a city view which was fine because you can’t really see the water at night anyway. Resort/valet is pricey but worth it. MonkeyPod restaurant has good food and excellent service. Randy, valet attendant was so helpful and kind! We’ll be back!

Great location with easy access to beach , nice rooms, walking distance to shopping and restaurants and all around wonderful place to stay! It’s our second time here and will continue to stay here in the future!

We’ve stayed at the Sheraton and I have to say staying at the Outrigger was more impressive. The only thing the Sheraton has over the Outrigger is the Infiniti pool. But other than that the staff, amenities, and dining/drinking options were far superior. It’s also a quick 5 min or less walk to the beach and having the ABC store inside the property is also great. Do yourself a favor and just book your stay at the outrigger already!
