Good location close to Sannomiya. Staff was very helpful. Beds and pillows were hard.

Hotel provides almost everything, from personal facial cleansing products, hair gel and even sunblock cream for u. Location is excellent. Close to the JR, underground and coach station. Loads of restaurant, convenience store and supermarket in the area. There is a tourist center at the train station.

Good hotel. Easy access for shuttle to Kansai airport and Osaka airport

Hotel is great and in a quiet area. Nearby Airport Shuttle dtops. Close to all the restaurants and Night life. Staff members are 2nd time staying in here during my visit . Will come when visiting Kobe again

Good location and room is clean and tidy. It is nearby the train station within 5 minutes walk. But the breakfast is less choice and there is no supply of drinking water and you can buy inside the hotel or family mart. Overall it is a newly hotel and value for money.

The property has a misrepresentation that the photos has a natural hot spring on property but it doesn’t has a pool or any hot spring. I’m bring my 3 years old and a 93 years old grandma, breakfast time is 6:30-9:30. My son sleep until 9 am, so i bring the breakfast to room and pick up my grandma breakfast because she can’t hear. We enjoyed it at room. First day, I give back the dishes to restaurant at 10 am, the lady was shocked. Second day I still bring the breakfast to room and then leave the dishes outside the door just like we did in cruise and other normal hotel. Then I got a note on my door saying “please have the breakfast in the restaurant, not in your room”. Third day, I try to wake up early and try to return the dishes to restaurant early, the lady signal the front desk, when I go out of the restaurant, the lobby staff stopped me saying I can’t bring the breakfast to room, I told him my son is still sleeping and my grandma can’t come down by herself. Because one of us has to be with my son, he said “No”. I really don’t like the service and misrepresentation of the photos. I was attracted to this remote location because of its hot spring photo. It is too far from the city and I could have get the similar price but better location and better service

Great hotel that’s very centrally located in the heart of Kobe. Can walk to all the tourist spots. The train station is less than 5 mins away. Highly recommended.
