Very friendly, The room was excellent needed a new bathroom floor. But that's ok beds where comfortable and pillows where the best . Will be staying there when I go down to visit my son.

The room smelled a little off and the jacuzzi didn't work. Thankfully there was another room available. The tv stopped working halfway through the stay and they couldn't fix it. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet didn't flush properly. The room itself was ok, some broken tiles around the tub. The breakfast was satisfactory but they only served powdered cream, very disappointing for the morning coffee.

Washroom not clean enough, TV doesn't work breakfast sucks, no egg no other options only breads butter and jam.
Breakfast room very small and not enough room to sit and move around smaller then a guest room.
Third world countries hotel's are better than the one. Disgrace to Canadian standard.

Older hotel, with dated furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the hotwl is run down with a lot of damaged/malfunctioning items.......outlets, lights etc.
Upon arriving, I witnessed others complaining to the staff about similar conditions.

Jacuzzi tub very loud. Outdated accommodations, plus no where to put the soap in shower. Television channels limited. Was ok

All in all it was as much as one could hope for when needing a last minute place to spend a night due to sudden changes in travel plans.
The hotel was showing its age - carpeting was worn and torn in places, but overall the cleanliness was quite satisfactory. The bathroom was in good condition. Staff was courteous.

Close to the highway. Room was clean. Loved that I could connect to my Netflix on the TV. Very convenient.

Staff we encountered at the desk was nice but hotel itself was not in great condition. Weird pile of dirt in the corner of the room and lots of hair in the bathroom. Affordable place to spend a night on a quick visit.

Problem started with cable and tv as tv kept messing up for 20 minutes ( acted like someone was playing with remote control)

Just notice 1st day of our stay the window is not safe or NO LOCK or what you restrict or you can open from outside

Very bad hotel and extremely dirty . Coffee maker is kept in toilet and mentioned that this is the policy!

Front desk gentleman was NOT friendly, our room smelt of urine bathroom smelt of urine, received not even half a bottle of shampoo, clothes were given to us with yellow spots all over them, yelling and screaming from a fighting couple went on for hours!!

The staff was very helpful we didn't like the room we got the manager exchange the room for us only thing the toilet seat was loose.

Servce person wasn't prompt to ready our room on time, I got my room after 1 hour from my time. Also TV was turned on middle of the night as its interfere remote from other room which I mentioned to the Curmer service but they are not care much and they didn't compensate for all the inconvinence that I had.
