Overall i think is a good stay.
But there are like 4 lift, but not any in optimal conditions for our first day. I think the lift planning could be better managed.
The instructions to check in can be simplified, giving one long message. Then could be accompanied by all the photos and videos.

Very comfortable apartment which is clean and well equipped . Highly convenient & accessible to the KSL shopping centre & shops around. There’s a family mart below the apartment too. Value for money. Only thing is to remember to bring your toothbrush/toothpaste as they don’t provide (towels shampoo soap all have )

Stay was good for 1 night. Check in details was given on the day via whats app. Perhaps they can improve the lift system as it’s sow to serve the crowds.

Can say is a very bad dream of staying here👎👎👎😡😡😡😡Air con keep break down every 15 minutes n stop running .very frustrated .calling the apartment in charge..they didn't helping..and just say the air con sensor cannot attached..give alot of excuse..bed sheets n bed room super dirty n dusty.... please ask that for refund me .will not staying here anymore..👎👎👎..the guest lift also a big problem...a few lift break down everyday..

all was great and yes its nice accessible easily to the mall and the walkabouts the area. the only fall back was the lift. its faulty, not reflecting the correct level its at and at times, missing the level sequence. its also VERY slow. you may need to wait around 20 mins to 30 mins during peak.

Pros: Easy check in, great location for shopping at the KSL mall and vicinity. Make sure you read the pre-check in information and contact the host via whatsapp prior to check in.
Cons: Limited channels on TV - unable to log into TV apps despite having a personal account, as such we could only watch limited free shows on the apps which also took a long time to buffer due to poor internet connection. Otherwise, wifi is not a problem if you are not connecting to the internet using the TV. Kettle and microwave oven provided in kitchen but no coffee or teas. Plates and cutlery provided but no pots/ pans or cooking utensils.

The checking In and out instructions were clear to understand and follow. The room was big enough to accomodate four persons and it was spacious. On entering we found the room nice and clean. The bathroom could do with a shower curtain to prevent water spillage onto the floor making it slippery for all, young and old!! Overall we had a good stay>

Room was not cleaned properly, floor was a little slippery and table top had stains. Intermittent water supply, had no water at all in the night and toilet had no water in the morning. Fuss free self check in and check out just that the lifts are always packed

It was easy to check in but I forget to follow the instructions. Perhaps in the booking can indicate. Lucky there was help as we reached just before 5 pm. Everything else was good. It’s little noisy outside and usage are high.

The wifi is extremely weak, to the point that even the television cannot connect to Netflix. Also needs a shower curtain, because the water will spray everywhere
