My husband is on oxygen i asked for a room close to the elevator. I got a room basically at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. So he had to walk that distance.

Hotel appears fairly new. Very nice and clean.

Had a very nice stay there. It was clean and nice. I accidentally left my headphones in the gym and lucky enough someone turned them in to the front desk. I was so thankful!

The front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast was WAY too big, as you had to order it. But it was delicious. I only wish the breakfast was more realistic in size, and they gave out bottled water.

The hotel is new, so very nice. We were satisfied with our room. We were on a short wine-tasting tour, so we stayed for only one night and didn't need much. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping and it's easy to get around in that area. The only things that I noticed was there is no fan in the bathroom, and there was a cup on the floor near the wall to the back of the bathroom vanity that someone before us had left behind.

Everything was wonderful.Checking was great.The manager on duty was completely awesome. Would definitely say again, adding it on our list of hotels when we travel back to massachusetts.

Everything was great except I didn’t get the room configuration that I booked. Plenty of parking, close to interstate, very well maintained, comfortable beds.

It was a perfect stay! Very nice clean room with a beautiful view of the lake that's only about a 10 minute drive away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The room was clean and comfortable. If you wanted breakfast, you had to pay for it when you ordered it in the morning.

Very nice newer hotel, large room, comfortable beds, great counter space and lighting in bathroom. (Tap water tastes terrible, however.) Missed having free breakfast and a microwave in the room, nice to have when you're on a cross country road trip. Walls are pretty thin as the hotel was crawling with people on the Saturday night I was there, and on the first floor (which I requested as I was traveling with a dog), it was very noisy with boisterous guests (and children). Fortunately it quieted down by 10 pm. But it's convenient, right off I-90, and they do have a restaurant with dinner options. However, there's lots of food nearby, including a most excellent poke bowl place (F&F) that delivers.

It’s location for our cross country trip was perfect and it’s amenities are excellent

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Hotel was good overall. Room had hair all over the shower and sheets. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel was nonsmoking

The place was clean and nice, large rooms. My room was never cleaned while I stayed 3 nights. They just came in and took garbage and brought new towels, but beds were not made. Also, o left a satchel there with all my earrings and I called once I realized and they told Me they didn’t find anything. O left there and drove to another town to check on at another town and never removed a thing until I got there so it had to be left here, not happy about them missing and not turned in as they should have been. Also, room was great but shower didn’t work where there was any pressure or all the water came out and I don’t take baths so that was disappointing.
