It was okay. Was out in the busy lobby. Poor seating.

Room didn’t smell fresh, kind of stale . We did open a window and that worked.

Clean hotel

For the duration of my stay (2 Days)...The cable service did not operate throughout the hotel...Nothing was made mention at check in or else I would have not stayed this time....I have stayed 5 other times and this time covered my birthday....My mom who is 92...needed tv to stay calm during down times....Management was suppose to contact me about my room situation...nothing was ever discussed by management as requested....

Very good breakfast but disappointed when putting recycle Les told it didn’t matter it all goes into one dumpster. Coming from a home who has a green bucket for vegetables etc. a blue for paper and plastic and another for garbage only,I was sad…

Better use and stated to all how important it is re garbage and recyclables

EVERYTHING was great besides one thing. check in was one of the strangest experiences I have ever had. I worked in hotels for years and have stayed at probably hundreds. through no fault of the hotels the system was down at check in so they had all of the registrations printed and set to the side. The woman behind the desk immediately gave me attitude because she claimed it was illegal for me to still have the activation sticker on my credit card as I had just gotten a new card. I offered her a different card she said it was no problem since the system was down anyways. She then said “don’t worry about what I’m about to do” and started WRITING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON A SCRAP PIECE OF PAPER! I immediately said oh no we’re not doing that with my card and told her I will wait to check in. she said it may take hours and it’s not a big deal she will handle the paper after and make sure it doesn’t get into the wrong hands. I repeated that I’m not comfortable and my credit card is on file in the system I will just come back. she rolled her eyes and I left. We came back two hours later and was checked in by a very pleasant woman who never even asked for my card… never had to insert the chip for the incidental charge… nothing.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast here is always good!

There was only one small bar of soap by the sink, and we had to bring it in to the shower to use it, because there was not one in there.

The side door right by our room would not unlock using card. Desk clerk said batteries were probably dead in it but it was never fixed. We had to go all the way to front doors everything we went in/out. Kinda inconvenient.

I liked the front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were different each day on the hot table. Excellent! Fresh and hot.

I did not like the pillows. It was not a deal breaker but very small and soft.

There was a young gentleman working 3rd shift most nights we were there. He was the ONLY good thing about the hotel other than location.

The service was terrible. I was treated poorly.

I called to see if an early checkin was available and was told if they have a room clean they would accommodate me. when I arrived 30 minutes before checkin I was told that checkin was at 3:00. so I waited until 3:00 and it took over an hour because of the amount of people waiting to get checked in. I was also charged more at the hotel than my Booking total stated.
