We stayed 1 night. Picked for proximity to railway station. Excellent old style Italian building with high ceilings and balcony overlooking piazza, which was great for people watching!! Able to leave luggage while we explored. Area around hotel was typical 'Naples' very colourful. We couldn't locate any English speaking channels on TV eg for news. Access to free coffee, tea and wine glasses, plates , cutlery etc meant you could eat a simple breakfast in your room. The host Alessandra was friendly and helpful.

Spacious, comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. There were noises coming through the bathroom from outside. The area was very dirty and felt unsafe.

Very modern and comfortable hotel! Host was amazing and had a beautiful gift for my partners birthday! Thanks again for everything and we loved as well the kitchen area to relax and have a coffee/ tea

Area was full of transients, unsafe feeling which didn’t matter to me but I had my wife and baby with me. Elevator will not fit large suitcases only carry on. I expressed my disappointment and was told that was clearly stated in my booking. Fair enough that I didn’t rear that but why not show pictures of everything, not just the room. Show the area, the elevator and the building not just the room.

Really nice rooms, was upgraded when I got there and the room was way better than how it was pictured. Alessandra is always in top of things making sure you are comfortable.

Well… it’s obvious that the owners had friends write positive reviews. First off, it’s steps from the train station, which is great but a lot of people loitering outside and it’s a bit sketchy. Second it was hard to find and you had to climb three flights of stairs. Once you’re inside it’s beautiful and the lady was very nice and accommodating. It was fine for one night.

Our stay couldn't be better! The location is within short distance to Napoli Centrale. The room, which is of a very nice contemporary design, is very spacious, clean and well maintained. I would suggest a wall clock of some sort to remind guests of the time. The free coffees, teas and lemon water are a big plus for tourists to begin their day. What impressed us the most were the hospitality and accomodation that we felt with the owner, Alessandra. She was so helpful, perceptive, informative and very pleasant. Not to mention, very friendly and would do whatever it takes to make us feel comfortable and homey. The actual location of the hotel seemed a bit "undersirable" at first, because it was in the center of a busy piazza, but we felt accustomed to it after Day 1. Overall, it was safe to walk around as there are people (locals and tourists) walking on the streets and sidewalks all day long. On most days, we felt safer with local and national police patrol cars on site. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visits Naples and a good base to visit Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast.

I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.

Excellent option if you need to stay close to Naples central station. Room was very comfortable, wide and clean, excellent conditions, staff very friendly and supportive.

Serendipity is lovely. Alessandra greeted us on time and helped us with all needs. It's so close to the main train station which is convenient but because of that it's in a very dirty and sketchy area of Naples.

Very good, friendly service, fairly close to main rail station, excellent staff, comfortable room, can be a bit noisy as our room faces the square, all in all very convenient. shower was ok no Breakfast but close to cafes on the street.very tiny lift and slow.
