Comfortable stay overall with standard Four Seasons services. Excellent location, 1 min walk to major tourist sites. The only thing with this hotel is that it books out the restaurant to big tourist groups and the hotel guests are left without any tables. Same goes for the terrace bar - it was booked out for private events and closed to hotel guests. We were there for 4 nights and not able to enjoy the hotel terrace bar with the Hagia Sophia iconic views. It seems the hotel is more interested in capitalising its facilities than letting its guests enjoying them.

We had a great stay. We noted it was our anniversary and they acknowledged it repeatedly. Great attention to detail.
The property is conveniently located for walking and seeing the sights. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Definitely will come back next time we visit Istanbul. The property lived up to their expectations.

My husband and I stayed one night at the four seasons after staying three nights at the Shangri-La Bosporus and I have to say that the shangri-la was far better. The four seasons staff were all very nice but we expected better from the room itself and for the hotel to be more spacious. The balcony is kind of strange and if I stand on my tippy toes I can see into the other rooms balcony. Breakfast was nice but once again nothing special. Essentially there was nothing special about the four seasons and it definitely does not live up to the hype or prestige. Overall nothing special.
