The room is well-located for the price. It's very close to the train station and Piazalle Roma, which makes getting to and from the train station and airport a breeze. It's a short walk from San Marco's square as well. I want to give a particular shout out to Irena at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We had a medical emergency while in Venice, which, as you can imagine, was quite stressful, and Irena did everything she could to help us through it. Excellent service.

I loved this hotel's convenient location, its boutique feel, and the gorgeous canal views from my room. This was wonderful! The bathroom was tiny and dated but it worked—although a grab rail for the shower would have helped me feel safer when climbing out of the bath. However, I was disappointed on arrival to find that there is no onsite bar (despite the listing) and that breakfast is at a different hotel nearby. Also, beware—the advertised airport transfer service attracts an additional fee. The bus stop is nearby, just get a bus direct to the airport. A lovely hotel for what it was, but I think the description should be clearer.

My experience at the hotel was very pleasant. I had a medium sized suitcase and a backpack so I didn’t feel like climbing up and down lots of steps that are required at each bridge ( and there are lots and lots of bridges in Venice). I had a single room, which was small but clean and had everything that I needed. Since I was traveling solo I also wanted a hotel in which I felt safe, which I certainly did. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as well. The longest I had to walk to see the wonders of Venice was one mile, which was a perfect walk. I would definitely recommend this hotels to friends.

Convenient location

Great location on the canal and near Vaporetto, train and bus. Located in historic part of Venice but borders onto area where cars allowed. Did not rent a car so don’t know about parking etc. Hotel itself was exactly as described had beautiful room with lovely view of canal. Took vaporetto ( public water bus) to St Marks Square. Purchased day pass for 25 euros and we really got the ‘water roadways’ experience. Breakfast is not in same hotel but in sister hotel approx 2 doors down along the canal. Recommend sitting outside in back near lovely garden ( weather permitting). The staff were helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience. The room allthough small, it had a nice view over the Tre Ponti and the canal. Once you open the window it looks bigger. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast place had a garden sitting option and they had gluten free bread. The brrakfast was wonderful. Thanks

The staff were amazing! So very helpful. They answered many questions via email before our stay even began. The room was very comfortable. This hotel is very conveniently located for transportation anywhere in the city, airport, or train. The only drawback was the lack of a shower curtain which we understand is being worked on.

She orchestrated a special driver, Mr. Danielle to take us to Trieste Italy to miraculously reach the cruise ship just in time before it disembarked. Perfect location, few minutes walk from bus & train station. On canal, lovely views. Helpful friendly staff. Single room with view was nice and modern. Would definitely stay here again.
