This property was nice, outside of the property was okay. I mainly used Uber and rickshaw to get around. Delhi has a lot of shopping areas. There were a lot of people begging, I was there for India Independence Day and it was nice. I did not really eat the hotel, and if I did I paid the bill instead of charging it to the room. Upon checking out I was billed for a dinner i did not have and I still had the receipt for the dinner I paid for, the person had terrible hand writing so I needed the manager to rectify the bil

Service was excellent. The attention to detail was exceptional. The art work and interior detail in the lobby area was great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend as it’s also centrally located to all the sites. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Delhi.

Excellent location and great views of Lutyens Delhi. Great dining options and comfy room and good service. Quiet and neat and tidy property with all the amenities for a 5 star life. Highly recommend to both business and personal visits.

The stay was good but the hotel staff was giving contradictory information - upon my check in, I was told to have access to the lounge, but then the card did not work for the lounge floor. Upon my inquiry at the front desk, one confirmed my access the other one did not. I would expect more professionalism. I use this hotel for years but they will need to better train staff.

The breakfast service is not buffet that I was expecting. The hotel arranged a buffet if the hotel has high occupancy of guests , else it’s ala- carte. This should be mentioned on the booking conditions on hotels.com website. It was not mentioned at checkin, nor on day 1 when we had buffet breakfast. The second day there was only on order and as we were in hurry, could not get a quick breakfast which would have been much easier in buffet setting.
They however accommodate the breaks fast request for any food that they can make. Quality of food is good.
