Afternoon/evening desk checkin guy was sour, rude & not welcoming at all, he also was very grungy looking. Our first room had an odor & we asked to change rooms which he did begrudgingly. Never greeted us when we came in or walked by the desk. Morning was very friendly. Cooridoors also had an odor. Bed pillows "sucked". Expected more from this brand & previous ratings.

We stayed here for one night with our two kids. There was plenty of space, bed was comfy, room and bathroom were clean.

The room was great! We had a sitting room and two queens! Just the two of us with ample space. Loved it! Definitely using them again.

Given wrong room at check-in. Then gave us a disgusting "upgraded" room (from our king suite original reservation) to a king with a jacuzzi tub in the room. Absolutely gross!!! Not sure who would EVER use that at a Quality Inn. We thought we would watch a football game and were having trouble locating channels, so I went to the front desk to ask if they have a guide (which is normally left in rooms). The man at the desk, that smelled so strong of cigarrette and barely wanted to look up from the show he was watching, gave me a slip of paper. Said if it wasn't on here than he had no idea.
Then we proceeded to have a baby cry above us and motorcycle rev engine and drive around for an hour plus. Then we thought we could fall asleep...but NO!!! The room beside us started playing LOUD bass booming music that kept us up from 1:00 on. We finally just got up and left at 5:00 AM.
Usually when in a town we've never stayed in, we feel comfortable we the rating. This one had WONDERFUL. This is not the case! Very dissappointed.

The location worked for our stay during a Baylor University function. The hallways smelled of smoke or something similar. Bathrooms were adequately clean but could use some upgrade. Carpets look old and weathered. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was average. Surrounding area around hotel has a lot of traffic and homelessness. Nearby iHop and Chicken stop available for quick bite. Close and quick access to I-35. It was a high demand weekend for hotels, and I would probably find another place closer to campus and a bit cleaner next time.

It is always a wonderful comfortable , convenient stay i sleep so peaceful and enjoy my stay from the moment I walk in the main doors to the room ..I really love it .

The staff at this hotel are amazing! When we checked out I left some of our clothes in a drawer. Housekeeping bagged them up and turned them in to the front desk and the owner shipped them back to us. Everyone I spoke to while we were staying at the hotel and over the phone after we left were all kind and extremely helpful. Probably best hotel staff I have ever come into contact with.
Now, for the hotel itself, It is pretty run down but seems clean. You have to sign something when you check in stating that you will not smoke in the rooms (which I appreciate) but as soon as we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband went to the desk to inform the guy who checked us in (we didn’t want to be fined for something we didn’t do) and he did give us a can of Lysol spray to spray in the room to try to help with the smell. Later in the night a room down the hall from us was having a party and I could smell weed coming from the room when I went to get ice. Honestly, It’s a toss up on whether I would stay there again. We are traveling 3 different weeks this month and we were only in town for a football game so I looked for a hotel that was on the less expensive side. This hotel fit that bill. I wish I could take the staff and management at the hotel and stick them in an Embassy Suites! If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel with great staff, this is for you. If you are used to staying in “nicer” hotels, you may want to keep looking.

Was surprised this hotel warranted a Wonderful rating on Expedia. It was average. Room had overpowering musky smell and area was loud. AC did work very well.

I enjoyed the amenities, size/cleanliness of room, and proximity to activities. I was disappointed in the actions of a single staff member who made my guest feel uncomfortable. Mike, I’m guessing in maintenance, later apologized for his false accusations but the damage was done. The embarrassment in front of the other guests and staff was not an experience I expected. Also, vending machine ate money. Overall good just a couple of mishaps.

Front staff could be more friendly. Room smelled weird when I came in but evened out with the air conditioner. Nothing really to rave about. Beds were ok but pillows lacking. Breakfast was not good. It was alright for the $ but could have been cheaper

The hotel and room were very nice. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast, great variety. Several restaurants and a gas station right by the hotel, which was convenient. Only problem is it is very close to the highway so it is a bit noisy.
