Perfect location with top notch rooms, food and service on the best side of Prague near the castle and Charles bridge. Breakfast with views of Prague from the terrace room are exquisite and freshly prepared to order. Dinner on the higher open-air terrace is fantastic. A must stay and we will return.

An absolutely perfect experience. My son and I came to visit Prague and stayed at the gorgeous Golden Well Hotel for 10 days. I have never been to a hotel that I loved as much. The ambiance was soothing and cozy. They made us feel special with little desserts at our bedside each night. In the mornings, we experienced healthful and nourishing breakfasts served by the sweetest humans, all while enjoying a stunning view. To top it off, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. I normally don't sleep well in hotels, but I slept like a baby and even bought a pillow from them to take home. I will definitely be back!!

An absolutely perfect experience. My son and I came to visit Prague and stayed at the gorgeous Golden Well Hotel for 10 days. I have never been to a hotel that I loved as much. I appreciate the outstanding customer service at the Golden Well Hotel. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and were able to easily accommodate my every need. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with an amazing location (room looked out onto the castle gardens), close to many great local restaurants, including their own outstanding rooftop terrace restaurant. I will definitely return for another luxurious stay.

Totally deserves its five star status. Charming old building in a great location so long as you don’t mind a bit of walking. 5 mins to a tram stop. Great service and very good breakfast. Afternoon “nibbles” in the lounge is a nice homely touch.

Definitely 5 stars all the way.
This hotel would be difficult for persons with mobility issues. Taxis couldn't bring us to the entrance and it's quite steep walking there.
Every breakfast was amazing and the views!

Amazing. Beautiful boutique hotel located close to Prague Castle. Convenient to tram and metro lines. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was over the top and dinner at their rooftop restaurant was wonderful with a stunning view of the city.

The concierge, David, was superb. He addressed and solved our problem that was beyond his call of duty.
We are definitely returning to this hotel this summer. He has given us confidence that we can stay comfortably at Golden Well hotel.

We loved the beautifully appointed room with sumptuous bedding, the great array of snacks and minibar, plenty of comfy furnishings, wonderful bath amenities, and the best staff one could ask for. The list goes on- we got a bottle of wine in our room, as well as a yummy dessert treat every night. The views of the rooftops from the restaurant were fantastic as well as was the proximity to Prague castle. We truly felt pampered and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning. I would definitely recommend this charming, updated historic hotel (only if you are a quiet and respectful guest however as it is not a place for late night partiers).

I have rarely written reviews... My husband and I wanted to stay at this hotel the following weekend. We saw haw charming it looked and thought it would be perfect....A well earned weekend get-away. It was late on Saturday night and I thought I should book a nice room for the following weekend before I go to bed. I did just that and accidentally put todays date and not for next weekend....My husband caught this in the morning. I immediately asked to change the date for the one we meant to book the following weekend. After a few days I was told that no change and no refund. I own a small business and I know that an honest mistake happens. WOW- I spent my vacation money for the weekend now... so Prague will have to wait. I'm disappointed that...Thats it. I don't want to hurt the business but I think possibly it may help the management realize that every customer matters.
